Been active in mma and lifting for 9 years. I compete in mma in the side and work as a full time trainer. Been using aas for about 2 years and always learning. I have found great info here when I become more experienced I hope to return the favor. My lifting style is like the power building style a little powerlifting mixed with bodybuilding..... That's pretty much it. Sorry if my intro was weak. Here's my before and after my first cycle from 138lbs to 175lbs
