Been active in mma and lifting for 9 years. I compete in mma in the side and work as a full time trainer. Been using aas for about 2 years and always learning. I have found great info here when I become more experienced I hope to return the favor. My lifting style is like the power building style a little powerlifting mixed with bodybuilding..... That's pretty much it. Sorry if my intro was weak. Here's my before and after my first cycle from 138lbs to 175lbs

Welcome to meso. For real this time. Sorry if I was an ass in the other thread but if you stick around youll see the shill problem here. Theyre like roaches, but a lot grosser. And they run when the lights come on.
Also im sure someone will ask for stats. Height. Weight. BF. Im not going to ask though. I like to ask the ladies... (warning: never ask a lady her weight or bf)

I switch between Test Cypionate and Enanthate always taper it with Test prop. Orals I've used Winstrol and Anadrol.

Squat- 455lbs for 1
Overhead press- 225lbs for 1

That's a pretty awesome transformation, literally all lean mass. Do you plan on staying around the same size due to MMA, or is it time to add some deca and really start to pack on the size? [emoji57]

I messed my back up a little over a year ago squatting so 3 sets into barbell deadlifts my back starts screaming it's bad. I can do better with trap bar deadlifts but still kills my back and not in a good way. I do them i just can't go as heavy as I used to.

I'm gonna see how I do at the ends of the month when I compete at this weight(175lbs) and then decide wether to cut,maintain or gain. So we will see :)
 
You don't DL. Your other number are irrelevant... JK nice numbers. But seriously why no DLing
