I will list several problems I've had for years now, and then display the bloodwork I've had done recently. Any information or advice anyone can provide is greatly appreciated.
Problem #1
=========
Okay, so since around 20 years of age (currently 26), it feels like my libido has gradually gone down hill, being non-existent at the moment. My girlfriend is able to physically stimulate me in order to obtain an erection, which are quite strong, though, there is hardly any sensation at all; so, in other words, I can get erections, but don't feel much. When I finally climax, the sensation is quite dull. Also, there are times where there is hardly any sensation where I actually lose my erection because of it.
Problem #2
=========
I always seem to be out of breath. I'm about 5'6, and weigh 150 pounds. So, I'm not really overweight, but I do have a lot of fat tissue all concentrated in my abdominal region. No matter what I try to do, or have done, this fat does not go away. Even on a very low caloric diet, it doesn't go down, and after eating, it seems like my stomach blows up like a balloon. My sister has actually asked if I was pregnant once (as a way of teasing me), and someone else has also made a remark on my abdominal fat. I've taken measures to eat a lot healthier and exercise more, but nothing seems to be working.
Problem #3
=========
In addition to what I was saying in the previous problem, I can never gain stamina, no matter how much I exercise. So, basically, I've been working out since 17, so it's not that I don't know anything about proper form, nutrition, etc. If I work out, my muscles take a week or more to recover, and I've hardly made any gains in nearly 10 years.
Problem #4
=========
Very low blood pressure. Usually averaging anywhere from 100/60 to 95/55. Sometimes I feel a little dizzy when standing up all at once. Also, muscle weakness, despite years of working out. I know others who are much stronger and who also do not watch their diet or workout.
Problem #5
=========
If I don't watch my diet, my weight does not increase or decrease. If I do watch my diet, same thing. It seems that my problem may not be lifestyle related. I stopped watching my diet several times as a test to see what would happen, and nothing ever improved/worsened. It seems like my body goes through negative periods when no changes in lifestyle are made. This has been going on for years.
Physical Appearance:
================
Somewhat underdeveloped, and have not changed much since 17 years old. Very poor muscle tone, and max bench is atrocious (100 to 120 pounds max). Patchy facial hair pattern, follicles do not look very dense. Not overly skinny, but my arms are quite vascular from years of working out, but hardly any muscle mass, so skinny and veiny arms. Voice is not very deep, and I feel embarrassed to speak in social/public situations as other adults tend to give me strange looks. This is mainly due to the fact that adults constantly mistake me for being 15 or 16 years old and acting very mature. Once they learn I am much older, they are often shocked. This is very annoying, and directly impacts how I am treated at work. People find me awkward to work with, no matter how professional I am acting, and I strongly believe, at this point, that this is a direct result of my immature appearance. I feel my growth has been stunted. I'd very much like to increase my level of masculinity, if possible; and am willing to use steroids if I need to. I just want to look like a man, and not like a child. I even get carded for lottery tickets, and you must be 18 years old, here in Ontario, to purchase them. So, you can imagine the frustration I go through on a daily basis.
Also, my testicles are not very large, I'd say about 9 to 11 CC in volume. So, easily a third of what it should be at for a man of my age.
Bloodwork
-----
I started to suspect my problem my be hormone related. I got some bloodwork done recently and the results are as follows: (I'm in Canada, by the way, so lab units may be different than what you would see in the United States)
Tests you may find specifically important: (in brackets are lab ranges)
================================
SHBG: 11 (Range: 10 - 57 nmol/L)
Glucose Serum Fasting: 5.0 (around 14 hours fasting prior to blood being taken)
TSH: 1.96 (Range: 0.35 - 5.00 mIU/L)
Cortisol Random: 414 (Range: 65-540 nmol/L)
DHEA-S: 13.2 (Range: 4.34 - 12.2 umol/L)
Total Testosterone: 4.4 (Range: 7.6 - 31.4 nmol/L)
Free Testosterone: 21.1 pmol/L (range: 31.0 - 94.0 pmol/L)
25 HYDROXY Vitamin D : 186 nmol (range specified a deficiency when under 25 nmol)
LH: 5 IU/L
FSH: 4 IU/L
Prolactin: 6 ug/L
Estrodiol - E2 62 pmol (approx 16.8 PG/ML if I converted the measurement correctly)
Cytogenic Analysis (Query: XXY Syndrome) - Result: XY - NORMAL
Fertility test done a few months back
===========================
sperm count at 24 million (range >20x 10E6/mL)
82% sperm were noted as being immotile
and only 13% were noted as being rapid progressive
the remaining 5% were slow/sluggish/non-progressive
So, that to me, shows poor fertility, though suppose that at least shows that my testicles are functioning, somewhat.
Visiblity was 62% (unsure of what this means, tabbed over it says, at least 50% live)
Normal forms : 72%
If you require any more info about this test, just let me know and Ill scan it into a JPEG later.

Conclusion to this post:
I have never touched steroids or done any drugs in my life, but I will say this. I was going to attempt to self-treat myself, ordered a 10ml of testosterone cypionate and also some arimidex and also some HCG, but then the nagging feeling inside told me to wait and learn more before I start screwing around with my body's hormones. I learned the other day that low SHBG can render TRT useless. So, at this point, I'm starting to feel like things are hopeless. I don't know what to do at this point, and I have been TRYING to see doctors, but here in lovely socialistic healthcare land (Canada), it takes MONTHS just to get appointments. I have an appointment in november for a urologist, and in the meantime, I will be getting an ultrasound done in my testicular region, and also a sleep study done to see if I have obstructive sleep apnea (which I probably do since the girlfriend has said she's witnessed me stop breathing in my sleep). Oh, and obviously, I suffer from constant bouts of depression and have barely ay motivation to do anything in life. I need to start treating this ASAP as my job security is starting to get flushed down the toilet with my lack of productivity. I know I should work hard, but I just lack the drive - I hope that makes sense. Anyways, thanks in advance for any help!
