Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried a lot of different ab exercises but I have very poor muscle/mind connection with that body part. No matter what exercise I do I don't feel it much in the abs. I can usually get a burn in my upper abs but I can't feel anything in my lower or side abs.

And as my good buddy Freddy (not the freaky one) told me, keep your damn legs straight. Dont try to isolate your abs from your hip flexors. You want them both involved in the movement or else youll end up with some funky muscle imbalances and problems.
