What’s your current diet and routine?

Love to see what other people are doing. I always learn something.
I just started back on cleaning up the diet yesterday and started Creeping Death 2
Will clean up diet more and add in cardio as time goes on but as for now I’m going from eating everything that I want for the last few months.
Current diet Sunday-Friday
Meal 1)2cups egg whites, 2 English muffins
2)pwo 2 scoops whey hydro, 2 pop tarts
3)6oz chicken(cooked weight)1cup rice and pineapple
4)2 cups fat free Greek yogurt
5)6oz flounder or chicken, 2 tomato basil wraps, 1/2 cup fat free mozz cheese
6)2cups egg whites
7)2 scoops casein protein
If I’m dropping weight too fast I’ll add in more food.
Endless diet sodas and mio with water lol.
Every Saturday will be whatever I want.
I like carbs so I’m keeping fats very low.
Cycle will be 50mg dbol, 600npp, 500 test

What are you all currently doing?
 
I'm running Average to Savage 2.0 by Greg Nuckols going into week 4. Went down to three days a week recently because of working a lot of hours. Looking to gain back lower body strength after time off due to injury and maintain upper body strength as much as possible post blast.

Diet wise just came off a bulking blast, so just looking to maintain my weight currently. Not super clean and not dirty, just eating. Not actively tracking calories at the moment and just adjusting by the scale week to week.

Cruising on 150mg of test enan a week.
 
Training with a push pull legs focused on intensity. Diet is 350C 200P 50F on training days and 200C 200P 50f on rest days. Running 250 mg enanthate 20 mg RAD 20 mg MK.
 
Training a 5 day bro split basically for the next 4 weeks then transition to PPL twice weekly, tons of super sets all hypertrophy focussed. I'm lifting slightly lighter than I used to as I'm strictly BB with the workouts right now. I used to mix strength training and hypertrophy, kind of power builder routine. But more focussed on carving out a physique these days.

Diet is 280 to 300g P, 350 C, 70g fats.

30 mn cardio 3 x week.

Cruising, diet is shit, but just restarted CD v2 myself! Adding calves 5 days a week and focused on push with a alternating back/leg pump days. Was running a powerbuilding program called Russwole that kicked my ass before the lock down. Any others you reccomend?

Never have. Got serious about training in mid 30s. 41 now. Im.just trying to hit about 10 to 12% BF with some size.

I gained 40 pounds in 2019. I pushed pretty hard. Did too much gear really. About 20 of it was pure muscle.

I'm dropping all the extra fat this year. Maybe a little lean bulk later.

Just trying to hit 225 to 230 lbs at 10 to 12 % BF and I'll be happy........I think.

I feel you in the shit diet part. It’s hard with a toddler.
As far as programs or routines Matt Jansen has a free ebook he released its very similar to Jordan Peters style. Yates blood and guts, Fortitude, DC, and if you’re a huge glutten for destroying yourself the old Trevor Smith Beyond Failure Training.
Im doing pull and legs twice a week with CD2 because I’ve gotta be very cautious with my shoulder right now.

Will cut out the icecream, McDonald’s, cut the added nut butters
and switch to white fish like tilapia cod or orange roughy first and see how that goes, just adding 30min fasted cardio

That’s what I’m gonna be working on too is hitting the 10-12%. I’m trying it a little slower and smarter this time. I always get impatient and diet too hard too fast.
