What's your current old man cycle?

Exactly. You can search for his livestreams and see the history. His doctor sent the results and suggested him to try megadosing vitamin K (not a particular brand) and people from the livestream were suggesting him different brands while comparing the potencies.

That's what i remember since it goes a little back.. When he managed to reverse it he then said hey guys i used THAT product to lower it. I don't know if he's telling the truth or it was all a paid sponsorship and honestly i don't care much since i'm using another K supplement but with all that expensive and dangerous stuff we're already taking you think an experiment with megadosing K in an attempt to reverse CAC score won't worth it?
Classic con

Maybe all of us should "experiment" as you say.

That is how these guys make their living.

It is amazing to me how easy it is to separate Americans from their money.

150mg Dr Rx TRT year round. Will usually add 25mg of Proviron for 3 months to aid in better utilization of the test. I only “blast” once a year if that and it’s laughable at best. My blast is usually 400mg of test and 50mg of var. The test I’ll run higher for 3 months, the Var 5-6 weeks tops.

Haven’t blasted the last 2 years as I came off for 8 months for fertility and only used TRT once my son was born. Im considering running 250test and either mast or primo this summer. Would like to keep the total mg under 500-700 as health and wellness is paramount. I’ve only ever used test, bold, and var since starting AAS at 36,46 now. As a new old dad I’m trying to use as little as possible as I’ve got a son depending on me being around!

Where does 150mg put your levels?

Maybe we should have everybody here who has had a calcium score buy this stuff and take it for however long the YouTuber did and retest and post the results.

Current: 500 test D, 500 Mast P, 500 DHB, 175 NPP.

Daily injections, otherwise I would be unable to tolerate 500 DHB per week.

DHB rocks, once you figure out how to deal with the PIP.

There isn't.

But apparently a YouTuber claims it will take your calcium score all the way to ZERO. So . . .

Wow..you took it personally i see. When you used to compete all that tren and various anabolics you took were dosed based on research papers, right?

Yeah it smells like a classic con, that you tuber made millions of dollars from people that took a vitamin K supplement. So do i by sharing his con..

Millions or billions of people took a vaccine without any proper research and without asking, but taking a vitamin based on a anecdotal experience is a con.

This place is getting pretty sad lately, no wonder why so many regular guys start disappear.

It's from HAB Pharma in India, a well respected manufacturer. The one with ezetimibe is "bempetol-ez" but I can't find it anywhwere, presently.

Search for "CT angiography" near you. I'm finding it for less than $500.

I would only consider atorvastatin as a last resort. Maybe try a low dose of pravastatin. It is hydrophilic, i.e. doesn't cross the blood/brain barrier, like rosuvastatin, and it seems to have fewer adverse side effects. It's also less efficacious, but if it doesn't cause leg pain, that's a win.

This is the lipid panel I get and the place where I order it. They have the cheapest price I've found:

If you can get an Rx, apply for a copay card:

I did and got approved, then discovered that my employer carries a special rider on their pharma benefit for a list of "preventative" meds that are hard to get. Hell of a deal for me.
Thank you but I am not in the US.

Rosuvastatin caused horrible leg and knee pain and so far (10 days) Atorvastatin has been better but not pain free.

I thought all that statin pain is just nocebo and didn't expect it to be such a bitch.

Before you quit rosuvostatin you could try to lower the dose and see if side effects subside, 10mg every day is quite much (i know max dosages are way higher). You could start with 5mg every other day and see if there's any side effect and what does it do to your lipids over a month.

Some guys notice a big improvement with just 10mg spread over the week. I'm currently taking 2,5mg twice a week alongside ezetimibe and in couple weeks i'm gonna test lipids to see what is doing.

Not personally at all.

Nor did I make any accusations against you.

A YouTuber making an anecdotal claim is not "research papers."

You are not really surprised that YouTubers make money from views and sponsorships, are you?

Maybe he made not a penny from this. I don't know. I am surprised that you have zero skepticism, however.

I would like to know if anybody, anywhere, ever, has duplicated this result.

Well worth reviewing

This has been studied

We found progression of CAC in both the intervention and placebo group from baseline to 24 month follow-up (203 AU vs. 254 AU, p=0.089) (Figure 1). The patients with CAC score <400 AU at baseline were equal in progression (77 AU vs. 81 AU, p=0.846). In patients with CAC score ≥400, the progression of CAC was significantly lower in the intervention group (288 AU vs. 380 AU, p=0.047). Yet, preliminary analyses of contrast CT-scans in 180 participants showed no difference in the progression of non-calcified plaque volume (10 mm3 vs. 37 mm3, p=0.276). In addition, the number of events was significantly lower in participants receiving vitamin K2 and D (1.9% vs. 6.7%, p=0.048).

^^^^ This ^^^^
I was taking atorvastatin and it gave me stupid sides so I quit. I would game the system and take 10mg a day for three day before a blood test to pass all lipid scores. This was before taking AAS/PEDs. Now I use your method and take 10mg a week and no sides and great lipids.

The ezetimibe really only raises HDL for me, which is a good thing.

The newest thing is retatrutide. It's amazing how good a product works when you're selling it. Seems like they are all pushing it.

I thought all that statin pain is just nocebo and didn't expect it to be such a bitch.

It happens, but it's less common than is to be believed.

Pravastatin has the lowest rate of adverse side effects. I would only use Atorvastatin as a last resort and even still, only in very low doses.

Every other day administration of Rosuvastatin seems to help some people, but if it's as bad as you say, who knows. It is dose dependent as well, so maybe lowering the dose may have helped.

Vitamin D and CoQ10 supplementation seem to help in some instances of statin-induced myalgia.

Thank you but I am not in the US.

Is that stopping you from ordering from India?
