what's your gh dosaging?

interested to see how people are using gh now a days, subq/im? what time of day, all at once at night? Currently I hear a lot of people doing all at once at night but they're using pharma grade gh which I cant find to source on here :(. I'm currently doing generics 2ius(tapering up) all at night subq.

The general thought is just get it in and for long, end of the day nothing else matters.

Though, @Type-IIx has a thread that states for fat loss pin it in the morning
So my protocol is all in the morning, IM in the delt. 20iu grey tops
I believe at night it more follows your natural production but I couldnt tell you why people do it at night because Ive lost more info than I remember on stuff, I only remember why I do stuff and not the other routes.

To be clear, I have [published] no such protocol! The GH fat loss (rhGH lipolysis) protocol that is science-based orients the bolus pre- training. This is agnostic towards epoch (morning vs. afternoon vs. evening), so one might choose this protocol in the morning for fasted cardio but doesn't have to.

There are substantial downsides to morning administration including insulin resistance at the worst time since you'll be eating carbohydrates hopefully to break the overnight fast.

Not sure what would make it "interesting" for you.
But if you read material that was written for Meso, like the one Type-IIx has referenced, it may steer you in the right direction.
However, it is very much to do with individual tolerance, too.
It certainly does not work the same for everyone.
 
Trading days - 10iu split 3xday. Fasted, IM post workout and pre bed

Non training days - 5iu fasted 5iu pre bed

Honestly I’ve had coaches have me run it a ton of different ways and I’ve never noticed a significant difference in any of them just make sure you take it consistently.
 
Exactly. You could go to 10 different coaches/guru's with great reps and all 10 could give the same person a different GH protocol. Likely the total amount of iu's you take in a day overall makes the biggest difference.

I do exactly 300mcgs post training and exactly 300mcgs at bed time as nature intended.

I have one that may be "interesting" for you...

I inject 30iu at noon every day in the park—with no one around, of course—feeding pigeons, while standing on my head, upside down—sub q, directly into my scrotum, while singing "Fortunate Son" by Creedence.

Hope that's interesting enough :p

On the flipside, glucose tolerance and skeletal muscle insulin sensitivity follow a circadian rhythm and are generally higher in morning relative to evening (eg, Jarret 1972 and Carroll 1973).

If morning hGH is preferred, maybe could balance 24-hour glycemic exposure by reducing dinner time carbs as evening is when glucose tolerance is reduced anyway (Kessler 2017).
