Thanks I might try changing the position of my elbows to see if I get less stressSame here. Dips, kick backs, cable crossovers, rope pulls g2g. Try changing the position of your humerus to be @ 90 degree to the force vector @ the beggining of the movement. Saved my elbows and get much better activation in the muscle belly. Ben paluski (sp?) has great YouTube on it
So your fave exercise is fapping?I like training everything just as long as I am not injured... but I like training right forearm the most nomsayin'
Arms suck. My left elbow fucking hates it and I find it boring as.
New here but I thought I'd jump in, I hate training shoulders because they lag like crayzee, and because of my work I'm getting carpal tunnel so pulldowns, rows and deadlifts are starting to suck, which sucks!
What part lags about them? If overall, Try hitting those delts twice a week, moderate weight with lots and lots of lateral raises and upright rows. Dbs, cables, different angles, etc. they will grow! I barely do any sort of pressing movement for them anymore, but when I do I usually go lighter and do variations like the Scott press. For me at least, volume and the pump is the way to go.. Going too heavy w them just causes me pain. Don't neglect your rear delts either, it's easy to do so.
