What's your least favorite muscle group to train?

Good question.... Any small body part, I guess, all about the compounds isolations just seem time consuming. I feel like isolations just make u less atheletic. But very neccesary for bodybuilding ime

Skull crushers kill my elbows too..

Then it takes weeks for elbows to recover...

Same here. Dips, kick backs, cable crossovers, rope pulls g2g. Try changing the position of your humerus to be @ 90 degree to the force vector @ the beggining of the movement. Saved my elbows and get much better activation in the muscle belly. Ben paluski (sp?) has great YouTube on it

Thanks I might try changing the position of my elbows to see if I get less stress

I enjoy the look my calves get when they are pumped, but they are so painful to train especially when you go into forced reps. The only body part I don't look forward to training.

New here but I thought I'd jump in, I hate training shoulders because they lag like crayzee, and because of my work I'm getting carpal tunnel so pulldowns, rows and deadlifts are starting to suck, which sucks!

What part lags about them? If overall, Try hitting those delts twice a week, moderate weight with lots and lots of lateral raises and upright rows. Dbs, cables, different angles, etc. they will grow! I barely do any sort of pressing movement for them anymore, but when I do I usually go lighter and do variations like the Scott press. For me at least, volume and the pump is the way to go.. Going too heavy w them just causes me pain. Don't neglect your rear delts either, it's easy to do so.

They don't pop and they are painful do do many pressing exercises with. But I will take your advice! Thanks!
