I think the program is pretty good. The only slight problem is the number of exercises that are being squeezed into 3 days. I think 4 would be better to cut down on the training times each session(75-100 minutes) to 45 minutes. AM, how would you break the exercises down over 4 days??AnimalMass said:It's a good program. Also, I definitely think that conventional deadlifts will be more beneficial than sumos all the time. Maybe do conentional one week and then sumo the next.
Also, V-Bar rows are definitely inferior to JS heavy barbell rows.
But overall, the program is a very solid one.
