Guys, what's your take on this program to increase size & strength??? http://www.ruggedmag.com/index.php?type=Article&i=3&a=5

It's a good program. It's based on dual factory theory, which is always good. I would like to have seen one more squatting session, but that's just me.

Also, I definitely think that conventional deadlifts will be more beneficial than sumos all the time. Maybe do conentional one week and then sumo the next.

Also, V-Bar rows are definitely inferior to JS heavy barbell rows.

But overall, the program is a very solid one.

I think the program is pretty good. The only slight problem is the number of exercises that are being squeezed into 3 days. I think 4 would be better to cut down on the training times each session(75-100 minutes) to 45 minutes. AM, how would you break the exercises down over 4 days??

I would break the exercises down as you can see in my DFT article in CORE Magazine. Click on the stickied DFHT thread in this forum and follow the link to the magazine article. DFHT is the exact same thing spread out to 4 days. (As a matter of fact, it's a little odd how closely resembled they are. I need to talk to Mike and see if he pulled anything from me - I imagine he did, though it wouldn't bother me in the least. Hell, I steal everything from JS anyway.)
