What's your sleep routine?.

Sleep has always been a problem for me,diet sorted,training good but sleep terrible.Suffer from excessive dreaming literally dream wake dream wake all night wake up wrecked.Literally got to double dose dmaa to barely function.
For the last 6 months I've think I have nailed a routine that works.
At 10 I hit a THC cart a couple of times and chill out and watch some TV.
At 11 i take 800mg magnesium and 400mg l- theanine and time released melatonin.
At 1130 I hit my cart twice and go to bed.
The mag and theanine relax me and I fall asleep within minutes ,The melatonin reduces night time wakening, THC reduces my dreaming by 90 % and I wake actually feeling like I have had a decent night's sleep. In my case REM sleep is overrated.
 
A few minutes before i go to sleep i take some melatonin to get a restful sleep. To actually fall asleep i close my eyes and am asleep in seconds. I keep stress etc out of my thoughts in the evenings.
