What’s your sleep stack?

I just ordered 2 tubs of Dream Sleep from TBJP.

This formula has:
  • L-Tryptophan: 750mg
  • Mucuna Pruriens (20% L-Dopa): 500mg
  • Valerian Root (10:1 Extract): 50mg
  • Magnesium Bisglycinate: 500mg
  • KSM-66 Ashwagandha: 400mg
  • L-Theanine: 300mg
  • 5-HTP: 300mg
  • Zinc Methionine: 30mg
  • Vitamin B6: 10mg
Has anyone here used this before?

Seems like a heavy stack for a non-benzo/non-Z-drug aid. I'm curious if the 5-HTP and L-Dopa combo actually helps with the "prep brain" or if it’s overkill. Any issues with grogginess or weird dreams?

Im not a fan of l-theanine. Why? because it induces alpha brain waves. Thats not very uselful for sleep. Its the frequenz in a relexed awake state or semisleep state. Ans what i noticed is that it somwwhat helps you fall asleep even though sleep is a mig stretch as you will stay in a semiwake state. Lile just begore fallimg asleep completely. However 300mg is a pretty low dosages.

Im also not thrilled about KSM-66 based on the fact that it affects some many things and Post Ashwaganda syndrom is a real thing. (Look it up). And why would you wnant more dopamine for sleep again? For slep serotonin is important, dopamine will keep you awake most of the time (see ritalin, Amphetamines, Cocain which all raise dopamine). Its not so simple becaus for example i get very tired when taking ritalin at least for the 30min it starts working however generally speaking its not a thing you really want or need to raise.for good sleep.

For falling asleep, melantonin is the king (however always choose a time release version because thats how melantonin works naturally. The problem with sprays, non trnpills etc. is that the will generate a short peak which falls very quickly. Instead of genratimg a consistemz level in melantonin lile your body does.) GABA is also nice.

Trazadone, Magnesium Glycinate, melatonin, and HGH before bed. Sometimes I throw in some Benadryl as well. Really, the Trazadone is the rockstar here and absolutely knocks me out even on moderately high Tren. 25mg does the trick.

(i also tried magnesium threonate because there is actually a study proving it crossing the bloodbrain barrier, which we dont have for Bisglycinat because it simply was never tested however i didnt notice any difference besides in my wallet, i even liked the Bis better, which many people report. Take it right before turning off the lights for deeper sleep)

Thats about the frequency of your EEG waves during deep sleep. (0.5-4.0HZ)

First of all you fall faster asleep because you are conditioning yourself if you only play it when you are going to bed. And my sleep really improved, i have the feeling i sleep deeper.

Weirdly enough i dream a lot more on it! I havent dreamed for years before i started using this about 1 year ago.

You could also try Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide

IMO/ime Dsip is complete junk
 
So I’ve used PEDs for many years but recently I’ve been having issues sleeping. It’s mainly due to the stimulant abuse, and that the effects from it last even weeks after cessation. I use 5-6 ius hgh daily, melatonin nightly, try to time my circadian rhythm and avoid anything stimulant related before bed. I have not done a sleep study, I’m looking into the costs / availability.

My current cycle is 800mg test and the gh. I wanted to add EQ and a very low dose tren to supplement my growth but I really need this sleep dialed in. It’s catching up to me.

Possible. Havent tried it yet. My Epitalon just arrived buy i may have ordered not enough.

What i often noticed with peptides etc. is that people simpley wont take enough.
I've tried the DSIP all the way up to 2 mg per night, it might work first night but then the next five I get nothing out of it, it was cheap enough, so it's not a big deal, I'd be interested to know how your epitalon experiment goes so please keep us informed especially on doses and length of time using it, tia

Im going to start it soon. Im also going to kick out every sleeping aid. As it is suppose to regulate your melantonin production its probably best to not pair it with melantonin.

Right now i have enough for 10mg for 10 days. However i should have probably bought enought to do 20mg for 20days
