What’s Your Training Split?

Hey meso, what’s everyone’s favourite training split for growth? Iv made most my gains doing PPLPPL off and Arnold split. recently started a brosplit. I like doing the brosplit because I feel like I’m getting a better workout per muscle group but waiting another 4-5 days seems abit long? Is brosplit good for growth? I have 1 cycle under my belt and starting my second cycle next week youse recon I should just keep doing bro split or go back to basics? What’s your favourite split?

Just have fun with your workout and split however you want..
if u can kill your muscle and its dead for a week go for the bro split,
if your muscle is only 1-2 days sour i would go for PPL twice a week.

I hit my muscle twice a week and take a longer break if its still sour or train another muscle group

I was struggling to build a new routine and ended up going with a modified bro split for now. The only tweak I made was I added my main compound movement for each muscle group to the begining of the workout for a different muscle group so that it gets hit twice per week.

Monday- barbell row followed by leg routine.
Tuesday- OH press followed by chest routine.
Wednesday-arms
Thursday-leg press followed by back routine.
Friday-Bench press followed by shoulder routine.
Saturday- pull ups and sled pushes.
Sunday-Rest

Is it perfect? Nope, but I'll run it for 8-12 weeks and then reassess.

When i started i was doing PPL 2x a week. Then started breaking things up more and adding another rest day when i needed it. Got to where i was training everything 1 time a week. Now that my growth years are behind me i am back to training things 2x a week with the splits changing as i see fit.

1- chest/tris
2- back/bis
3- legs/abs
4- shoulders
5- usually no rest day start over.

This has worked pretty good for me. Lately I have been adding chest on leg day, biceps on shoulder day, treadmill on chest day. Trying to get more. Bout to blast again test/mast/var. Want to get my bench over 300.

Any tips or ways to fight joints or tennis elbow let me know

Dont flat bench. Its a terrible movement, fixed plain of motion where the body should move.

Normally I don't but I was pushing PRs. My normal chest routine is run the chest pressure at 190lbs 12-10-10, dumbell press incline 75s 12-12-12, cable pull downs 3x15, chest fly, dips as many as I got left in me. Only hitting flat bench to push my max.
