My routine since HS has been short cardio to get blood flowing and HR up. Then a pair of supersets for a total of 4 body parts per day. Each superset is 5 sets of 5-10 at weights that result in failure by the end. 1st set is usually volume warm up.
I cant go to the gym consistently but I try 2-5 days a week. If I get more than 3 days, I can repeat body parts using different angles.
