how long into your cycle did u start to notice acne, my biggest fear is just getting a massive breakout, as is i already have a little acne on back and chest nothing seriouse... but i was wondering when u guys started to noticed acne durring your cycles?

this is gonna sound a lil bit weird, but i break out the most for a lil bit after my cycle is over.

yeah, i got acne closer to the end of my cycle, it was bad too, got it all over my shoulders. It got worse when I started clomid so I switched to nolvadex for PCT. Anybody have any suggestions on what to use while on a cycle or during pct to prevent acne.

thanks

my last cycle, what helped me out was using an acne body wash and tanning. i heard something about b-5 and SKINOREN/AZELEX – (Azelaic Acid 20%) is supposed to be good too.

i always start to get a little around week 7 like clock work but then it resides and comes back after the cycle around clomid time

man im twtiching whenim sleeping.. ppl were telling me i was twitching a couple times, then i cought myself.. i know i twitched before , but not this much, i just took my second injection today...

i always get it after my cycle, it does suck, but what can you do...my face breaks out bad and my shoulders, but just little ones here and there, not like some pics i have seen

I've noticed that tanning beds seem to be the best things for breakouts. I used to break out immensly but tanning beds have seemed to help the acne. Also, acne looks worse on pale skin, so if you're not too keen on using tanning beds due to the probability of getting a form of skin cancer, you can always go to the local pharmacy and pick up some spray tan or foaming tan. Make sure it's oil free so it won't irritate sensitive skin.

I honestly don't believe in all these antibiotics, oils and creams that are meant to stop acne, I don't think they're worth the side affects, although everyone reacts to everything differently.

Also keeping the sky dry rather than oily helps. Do this by having one of those salt baths. Just lay in it for about 30 minutes. It's really good for your pores.

And on that note, I'm off to nurse my very sore ass cheek..
