When does one make the choice to use AAS?

I've been working out hard for about 3 years now and have since gained 30 pounds. Went from 150 to 180 respectively. My ultimate goal is to reach approx. 200 pounds. In order to gain the 30 I did, I went from eating 3 meals daily to 6 and trained hard. I feel I can't eat any more in a day and for the first time in years have not been able to increase my performance at the gym. Before, I had a slow and steady increase in strength which was nice to see results. Now, I'm basically at a standstill.

I'm 25 now and am considering my options to gain to extra 20 I want. I have a very high metabolism and currently have approx. 7% bodyfat. 6 months ago I did a simple oral Winstrol cycle at 50mg daily for 30 days. I put on 7 pounds, kept 5 and had minor strength gains. I'm now looking to get the extra 20 I want. I don't want an "easy solution". I want to keep working hard to earn the extra 20 my genetics won't allow.

I'm interested in hearing your opinion on how to achieve my goal.

imo just go on a test cycle like something like this

test enathate week 1 to 10 500mg
test prop week 1 to 4 eod 100mg

and have ur pct ready and nolva on hand for gyno
 
Or you could go on a cycle like this

Weeks 1-12 Test Enanthate 500mg EW
Weeks 1-11 Deca at 300mg EW
Weeks 1-4 Dbol 40mg ED

With a good diet and training, you should put 20 pounds on easy with this cycle. good luck

What is the difference between test enathate and Susanon? I have access to Sustanon but not the other.

I'm 6'1" (one of those tall, thin guys). Any predictions for what I would gain from 500 mg Sust for 8 weeks?

Also, when does one start taking Armidex, Novaldex and in what dosages?
What about clomid?

sust is a blend of 4 different testostrone esters. with sust you have to inject overy other day to get optimum results, with enathate you only have to shoot once a week. sust is also more expensive

you can take arimidex or nolva through your whole cycle to keep water down and prevent gyno, .5mg arimnidex or 10mg nolva every day. or you can just have nolva on hand and if your nipples start hurting take 20-40 mg every day for 2 weeks until symptoms subside.
clomid is taken after your cycle to raise your natural testosterone levels back to normal

How do I attack this....I lifted, ate, etc. for 8 SOLID years before I touched juice. I knew I had reached my plateau naturally when after changing eating habits, routines, etc. I was still stuck at the same weight no matter what I did. I see your point though...at 24 the "growing" process slows down due to you producing less testosterone, etc. I'm from the old school...I waited years before I touched shit...I know you say your at a standstill but try and adjust your workout routine, eating habits, sleep, etc. Sounds like your making solid gains naturally. Just my .02 bro...the others have suggested some decent cycles if that's the route you choose.

Good point. I didn't start "juice" until I was 36. Natural test production really takes a dump at 35. But I did do my homework first. You aren't ready for a cycle until on your own you can;

1. Know what your taking and what it will do.
2. Know the respective half life so you'll know how often to take it.
3. Know and have on hand all PCT gear.
4. Stay on this board for awhile. Gain the "knowledge".
5. Go to the training and nutrition forums.
6. You may just need a new training routine.

P.S. I prefer Sust over E because of less water retention.
 
if your're leary about using gear and want to be natural and are at a pltaeu .lower all your weights at higher reps for 4 to 6 weeks and then jump back up to higher pounds,you'll put the size on.,or on the other hand do a cycle of test and make sure to get all your ancils like nolva in case your prone to gyno, and some clomid for grapenuts.lol research those ancils alot of guys dont getem to their own peril. just my .02 nat
 
What do you think about just doing EQ for 8 weeks (400mg weekly)?
Would this put on solid mass that I could keep?

Does EQ require PCT?

Add 500mgs of test with EQ and I'd say that is a good bet,EQ or DBOL coupled with Test is a cheap but very effective cycle...no need to go balls out with every compound on earth to gain 20lbs. :)

I'd personally just go with the Test/Dbol stack,not very expensive & will yield excellent results.

try this...

Week 1-4 DBOL 35mgs ed
Week 1-10 Test Enanthate 500mgs per week,divided into two shots, eg. 250mgs on Monday & 250mgs on Thursday

That's all ya need bro,I grew like crazy on a similar cycle and my diet was pathetic back then,only eating twice a day etc.

Of course that was years ago. Now that I'm a huge giant monster, I have to use a little more!! LOL J/K
