when does T3 kick in

I have been taking T3 for about 2 weeks now, and have not really noticed any fat loss. I started at 25mcgs and moved up 25 more every 3 days. I follow the anabolic diet very strictly and only have one cheat day (wednesday i get my paycheck and go to the chinese buffet).

Is there any reason in particular why im not losing fat??? perhaps my body does not react to T3 as well as others do??? Has anyone else tried PCTherapy's cynomel and had good results?

BTW i am NOT under any circumstances implying that his stuff is bunk... for all i know i could be doing somthing wrong.
 
do more cardio. and you might also be eating too many calories. they may be clean calories, but you still need to have a caloric deficit (burn more calories than you eat) in order to burn fat.

i don't know exactly what the "anabolic diet" is, but it sounds like a diet that is supposed to promote muscle growth. in other words, it sounds like a "bulking diet", which isn't exactly the greatest diet to burn fat.

so basically, i'm just saying to revise your calories eaten per day and maybe throw in some cardio for good measure.
 
my daily caloric intake is between 2-3k. I try to keep my protein around 300grams/day. I drink 5 protein shakes with water. I also drink a gallon of water a day.
 
Expecting T3 to start melting off the fat is expecting the wrong thing.

First, all T3 does is increase your metabolic rate. Which means it's an equal opportunity burner. You'll burn off muscle just as fast as fat. So unless you're also on anabolics which will help to preserve the muscle, say goodbye to your muscle along with the fat.

Second, the effects are slow, gradual and subtle. Doing an hour of cardio a day will probably result in more fat loss than doing no cardio and taking T3.

Third, how much T3 are you taking? Because if you've been increasing by 25mcg's E3D, you'll soon be taking way too much.

And lastly, there is a possibility that supplementing with thyroid based fat burners and not knowing what you're doing (I'm not saying that's the case with you), can possibly cause significant problems going forward after stopping the fat burner. Not so much in the area of natural T3 production although that may be suppressed temporarily, but in the production of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH).

Dan, I am also taking pctherapy's T-3. Stuff seems to be working just fine for me. I ramped up one pill (25mcg) every 4 days, not three. I'm now on the way down (back to 3 per day). It seems like I'm just now starting to see the fat loss.
T-3 is a subtle effect, you must do every thing else right, or it's a waste of money.
I agree with MaxReps opinion on fat burners, and T-3. If you recently stopped taking ECA, or Clenbuterol, it could be suppressing your natural metabolic rate.
I'm also taking Zencal's Tren E (with Test), doing 4-5 days of 45-60 mins. cardio, plus my diet is really clean. Except one cheat day per week!!!

Sounds like your doing the right stuff. Be patient my Brother.

Keep us posted on how it's going. We need more posts on T-3.

Thanks for your replies... graybass i have also heard that the results start showing after you taper down slowly.

MaxRep: by no means would i EVER try something that i had read about thouroughly and researched on sites like this... most of the advise i have gotten on T3 came from some of the mods over @ 'ology.

Yes, i am on cycle... Test, Tren, & winny (hopefully i can continue the winny if my joints get any better). Cardio twice a week for 30 min because tren absolutely kills my endurance.

I have read numerous times that it is very important to taper off T3 much much slower than the rate of increasing the dosage in the beginning.

trust me, my knowledge, training, diet, and knowledge is all in check.... i was just wondering how long most ppl take to see an actual difference.

BTW... Tren, Clen, and T3 make me wake sweat like a mother

Will 50-to-75 mcg a day burn muscle even while on say 750 mg a week test enethate ?What's a good ratio between gear and t-3 to preserve muscle but still have the t3 be effective ?thanks

I'm currently taking 900 mgs test and 750 eq, per week and just finished 6 weeks of t3 @ 100 mcg ed, tapering now, and have lost about 2-3 % b/f, while maintaining the same weight.
 
T3 did not work for me, it was mexican T3 too.:(

Clenbuterol is he shit! Really works on me plus I gain vascularity, strength and lean mass.

i just came off a t-3, anavar, ephedra stack and liked it a lot.
i dropped about 20 lbs and most of it fat. i didn't notice any
immediate fat loss, as the others have said it came very
gradually. the t-3 was cytomel and came from pctherapy.
hope this helps and don't forget to share your end results.
