There’s a Canadian source on sst that has telmisartan, 40mg x 100, $60. I’ve never used the product and can’t comment on if the price is reasonable or not, but it’s available.

I cannot comment on the service but I even asked him to clarify and he said 100% success so far. Dude even offers 50kg orders that arrive in 3-7 days lol.
