Just make sure that it's worth 'the worst case negative outcome' for your daughter?
some places faking authority-papers can give fines / jail time/ not able to acquire a driver's license (in some proximity amount of time after) / harder to get a job cause your papers are stained etc.... Check your local laws/penalties...

a real one will run you atleast 500-1k usd on deepweb and theres alot of scams out there, i dont think a newbie like you can navigate properly like there asking questions like that here.
