Where to get hgh serum test?

Ok need some Help here... Does anyone know where to get a serum test done in New Jersey? Seems I may need a prescription..( fucking state regulators) how would I go about obtaining a prescription for one. I'm know dummy when it comes to talking to a doctor but this is new for me. Also want basic testosterone tests done as well.
