Where's my patch brothers at?

Anybody here worked/work in the oil patch? Currently working 21/7 day shifts with 12-16h out in camp. Let's hear some motivation for all my brothers out there working long days while managing to maintain their physique

21/7 must suck I only work 14/14 considering going overseas 28/28. I keep a smith machine at the camp cant beat it.

Not currently in Tha patch but have spent plenty time there. Takes lots of dedication to work long hours and eat/train. Knowing your better than most for just trying is motivation enough. Stay safe.
