It's like 60 bucks. Read the info on it. It's good stuff. It's unflavored so I don't get tired of it. You can mix it with a lot things.

Ya I don't use protein powder all the time either. I mainly eat food. I only use it maybe twice a day at the most. Sometimes with breakfast an definitely for post workout.dymatize iso is a great forumula is a nice tasting choice or if you can afford it isoflex and isopure are great quality ...i like my wheys im not a huge fan of casein i eat plenty of food and am not a 8 scoop a day guy lol leads to gas and bloats to me

That is so true brother. Personally I would much rather eat whole foods over a shake any day. Its way better for the body excuse me I mean the machine lol.yea people really think its better to just drink shakes then eat food lol more than 100 grams from shakes a day is def a waste of calories and most powders are filled with tons of sugar and fats and lots even lie about the protein content
1g will maintain what you already got. If you want to build muscle you need to double it an take in 2g per lb. That's not to say getting it all from powder. Getting it from your food source is a much more effective approach at gaining muscle. Get all your protein through lean meat an just use your protein powder after you workout an during the day to help out with your protein intake. Don't rely on powder for all of your protein intake. Their are NO SUBSTITUTES for REAL FOOD!!
