I used rc t3 in the past but haven't noticed any fat loss. I heard pharma grade t3 is the way to go. Have any of you tried abdi Ibrahim t3 from turkey or novotiral, Merck from Mexico. If not, Which brand would you recommend

I've tried roid allience t3 and tiromel, both were decent in raising my body temp which is the main reason I hopped on in the first place, keto diet absolutely crashed my t3 and I was cold even in the summer heat. I don't know if im allowed to say sources but i got roid allience from nextdaygear and tiromel from originalsteroid. I just bought some of pharmacoms t3 to see how it compares. Currently running at 50mcg per day but will be bumping it up to 75mcg next week. Just one 1 tip don't dose it all at one time, raypeatforum has some good articles and studies on this but ideally you should split it up into 10-15mcg doses throughout the day but if your over 170 lbs then 25mcg throughout the day is fine.
And agreed with you on research t3 it's absolute shit. Not really the fault of the rc companies but t3 is very unstable and even US pharm grade t3 has a short shelf life. Getting raw t3 powder from China and then suspending it in PG or ethanol like most RC companies do isn't gonna work out too well.
