Which cycle is for me

Hello meso as most of you can see im new to these forums and I want some advice on a cycle that will benefit the "look" im going for.
current stats
6'0
200
13% bf
age 23
previous cycle test e 500mgs wk 1-10 clomid nolva pct
currently im running d bol as a kick start 50mg split into a morning pill and pre workout pill also just started pinning test e 500mg a wk. In this cycle i want to achieve a lower body fat while preserving my muscle so I cant decide if I want to run winny 50mg ed at the last 4 weeks of my cycle any opinions/advice will be much appreciated. also im running 20mg exemestane eod and clomid and nolva for pct
 
You are too young. I see you have cycled already but perhaps wait a couple of years. I'm sure others will chime in. Winny is nasty, joint problems and cholesterol problems.
 
You are 6 foot and only 200lbs...and young with a decent bf percentage.I personally would advise in waiting a bit longer to worry about refining and getting that single digit look your after.Work your way up to 225 at 12-13 percent then maybe think about refining that.Besides being cut I don't know what your goals are.Now that being said tren ace is the only compound that ever seemed to tighten me up as far as aas goes.Winny isn't really a cutter as the myth implies.It will dry you out and help to retain muscle and strength for some during a dieting phase.Focus more on strategys for dieting and getting your macros tweaked just right to help drop the bodyfat.
 
Yeah man Tao is correct. I didn't start gear until I was almost 30.

I started at the ripe age of 23yrs as well like op.But I also had been training since I was 16yrs old and had reached a weight of 265lbs.

How long are you running the kickstart? I would not run Winnie except if getting ready for a contest and then it would only be the last two weeks. A much better option would be to use Var the last 4 weeks.

To lose fat you need to focus more on diet and maybe some extra cardio. You should look at cyclical ketogetic diet to help burn fat.
 
Dnoyez, wouldn't you agree though that he already has alot of naturally produced test in his system. He is asking for trt IMO.
As you said, he's not that big so more eating and lifting I think would be better. I'm only 5 foot 7 inches and weigh 209 with 14% body fat. I just feel most people don't want to put in the hard work. My .02

As you said, he's not that big so more eating and lifting I think would be better. I'm only 5 foot 7 inches and weigh 209 with 14% body fat. I just feel most people don't want to put in the hard work. My .02
yes he may be headed to no turning back but all that can be done is give some advice.

He may or may not have a lot of natural T. We would need to see some blood work to know.

I don't think starting at 23 is necessarily gonna mean he will be on TRT. If he starts at 23 and does one conservative cycle a year then he will probably be a lot better off than someone starting at 30 who does 2-3 cycles a year or does Blast&Cruise. Hopefully the OP will do his homework and cycle properly with PCT and plenty of recovery. He is here on Meso which is a good start to learning more.

Hard work and proper nutrition are always top priority, whether cycling or not. We are all looking for a little (or a lot) extra, that is why we are here. We just want to do it in a healthy, long lasting manner.

also what would you consider to be the best pct if i just ran the test e and dbol?
 
thanks.. sometimes id opt for midget as nothing is built for gaints.

Try being a 5'2" bodybuilder. I can get the short fat guy pants but the waist is 4 inches too big and tight on the thighs. Don't even start on shirts. To fit the sholders and chest the thing is long as a dress.
