22 y/o first cycle design (Test, Primo, Var)

Just to reach 195 lbs at 6ft, a goal that is achieved easily as a natural

This guy doesn't need drugs, he just needs more food.
Yeah still natty rn gonna push it off. I’m not ready yet. I was just being impatient cause this is my first time being this lean (tested at 10.5%) and i was scared to I bulk because no matter how slow i bulked i always just got fat, but it was a training issue. Switched to a more low volume approach and I think I can have a good bulk this time. So no gear anytime soon for me. Appreciate you tho

6', 170 pounds, 12% self estimated

In your three years of research, what sort of diet plan did you put together? Not the future. What did you eat yesterday? Just list the foods, amounts, and the macros for the full day. If it is not a representative day, let us know, post it, anyway, and perhaps add another day that is more usual.

Just cut and paste it off your tracking app.

If you do not track your food, then start.

Then report your diet (actual, not hopeful) here. You need to do this whether you decide to inject hormones, or not, and you need to start before you start any hormones.

Once you figure out diet, your natty gains are better, and your on cycle gains and transformations become superhuman.

If you do not figure out diet, well, let's just say that there are a lot of puffy steroid users in the gym. You'll never hit your potential without proper nutrition.
100% agree with everything you said. Im going to be staying natty for a while. Get a nice slow long bulk going. I was able to keep most of the size and strength cutting down 30 lbs mostly because of meticulous tracking of diet and switching to a low volume, high frequency, high intensity training style. And I think I could make consistent. Natty gains if I committed to a bulk. Just focusing on enjoying the process now, appreciate the reply.

Completely natural never touched any PED’s.

I train 5x a week recently switched to low volume high frequency training I’ve maintained most of my strength during my cut down from 190

Any and all advice is welcome

Current stats. 6ft 170lbs 12% BF
Goalweight: 195lbs <15% BF

(Week 1-4)Test E 250mg/wk
(Week 5-8) Test E 350mg/wk
(Week 9-14) Test E 400mg/wk, Primo 400mg/wk
(15-18/20) Test E 400mg/wk Primo 400mg/wk Anavar 25mg maybe 50mg per day splitting doses up

Planning on running HCG 150-250ui 3x/week throughout the entire cycle and dropping it before PCT

4-5 IU China hgh for the entire cycle, likely stay on 2-3IU post cycle

Not sure yet if I will cycle off or cruise

Aromasin for E2 sides and PCT
And tamoxifen for PCT

Haven’t done bloodwork yet.

Been researching for 3 years, I understand most people suggest test only cycle for first cycle but I’ve spent long and late nights in forums, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube. I’ve gotten impatient and I just want to jump right in and not waste anymore time but feel free to call me retarded and tell me to do Test only

Concerns/questions:
Hair. I hear some people say primo is harsh on hair. Likely will start Dut by taking an approach recommended by Ghoul of taking .25mg to start w topical minoxidil and maybe adding topical RU to try and protect it.

Will the month on just 350mg test cause high E2?How will I know if my E2 is high? People say you can usually just feel it?

Advice for the cycle, is it too much? Too little ?
Is my goal realistic?
My compound selection good?
Anything else I should pay attention to or look out for before and during cycle
Lastly any list of supplements to take to maintain good overall health?

Thanks
Don't add 15 different compounds, if you don't need to. Your goal should be to extract the most benefit possible, out of every mg of androgen you put into your body.

You don't know if you're a super-responder or not.

So start with test only. 250 mgs? Start with that. Don't jump on AIs. Run 8-12 weeks of that, have 6-7 grams of carbs and 2.5 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight.

Then get your bloodwork done. You'll know how your body reacts, what to maintain and mostly, whether it is worthwhile to bump the dosages.

For all we know, you might need more. Your genetics might suck. You can justify taking whatever dosages it needs to get the job done. But only if you go by the stats.

With the massive amounts of food that you need to take, in order to grow, upregulating insulin sensitivity should be your priority, before roids.

All the best.
