Which peptide for better/younger Skin

Hello

Does anyone here know which peptide is good for the skin? except hgh.

Is there a peptide that stimulates collagen production and may help with wrinkles?

Thanks a lot

Low dose isotretinoin is the "Ozempic of skin care anti-aging treatments"
what regime would be considered low dose and what duration.
I have seen isotretinoin mentioned around the boards but with so many conflicting opinions and im curious to give it a try. Im more of the low dose for a longer period of time kind of person if that would work?

Do you have acne, or are you totally clear? Is your skin oily, dry, or "normal"?

I would imagine hgh would be more important for skin vs GHK-Cu no? I am using the latter for a while now and tbh I cant detect any improvements. Maybe I am underdosing

I have clear skin but it's slightly oily mainly from extra testosterone usage .

Ok that's good, A little excess sebum gives you leeway for enough isotretinoin to stimulate rapid skin turnover, a reduction in keratosis, and collagen production.

A smaller. long term daily microdose is preferable to the once or twice a week larger dosing some use, in my opinion.

5mg a day would be ideal. Alternatively, 10mg every other day, which would be cheaper. (about $90 / year for 5mg vs $60 for 10mg)

By comparison the standard dose for acne is 1mg/kg daily, often as much as 2mg/kg for body acne.

Only use pharma gelcaps. It's so little you don't want to lose any from degraded UGL dry tabs or poor absorption. PCT24 and Cosmic have the lowest prices, around $1 per 10 pack of 5mg or 10mg gelcaps of Accufine, which I can vouch for as 100% good stuff. I just ran a 20,000mg cycle almost exclusively with that brand. I never intended to go that high, but the improvement in my skin, including scar reduction, was remarkable so I kept going.

Is isotretinoin superior to HGH for skin? Can it be used at low dosage along with HGH for better results?

I think they're a great combination.

HGH stimulates skin growth. AAS stimulates skin growth..

Isotretinoin reduces the "stickyness" of skin cells.

So instead of that growth simply resulting in thick, but still aged and photo damaged skin, old skin cells quickly fall off and healthier fresh skin is uncovered. Isotretinoin speeds "turnover", as well as stimulating significant collagen production, making skin noticeably more elastic.

if i had body acne and used accufine for last 4 months and now its gone , do i still need to take the medication or can i reduce it? i was taking 40 mg everyday, and at time of acne breakout i was on a larger dose of test c that i am no longer taking as much, tia Ghoul

After 30+ years of dermatologists studying this there's a lot of unknowns. But they think 3 things are certain to improve the odds of a "permanent" cure.

-A minimum of 120mg/kg total dose, whether you get there slow or fast. 159mg/kg is much more likely to succeed. 220mg/kg is almost certain.

-Using it for at least 65 days after acne is completely gone improves the odds greatly.

-Body Acne takes more to cure than facial acne.

Also, we now know that while sides can suck for some(at high doses) , they are temporary for the vast majority. Serious problems are much, much rarer than originally feared. That's why higher doses and even dropping the routine blood tests are becoming more commonly used by dermatologists.

more like add 10 years , lol i haven't seen this "fountain of youth" theory proposed by hgh use , its made me look tired and drawn in the face, i guess that could be from being lower bf% idk , but it definitely hasn't made me look any younger ymmv

Are you "abusing" it, as in doing 8 iu+ daily?

I have been on 4 iu daily for years. Im mid thirty but look 25. Not even close to a wrinkle. People think I use a filter when uploading pics lol
