Which septa for open top cap?

The pyrex 45mm open top caps and septa is insanely priced. Found some Wheaton ones that would do the job just as good, a fraction of price. But I'm stomped on what septa is compatible.

The center cut out is around 24 mm.

Also it looks like the silicone septa on the pyrex ones don't attach they are put under the cap and held in place once screwed on. If this is the case. I should be able to cut the holes out myself on the pyrex caps. Or any septa that will fit in the cap and not through the hole would work. Or am I missing something?
