Who all bridges on here?I am thinking about bridging with 200 MG/WK Primobolan Depot and was wondering if I should do PCT because of how low Androgenic Primobolan is?What do you think? Also how were your results when bridging? Thanks.

I do all the time, you should be fine. But realy should stay off a month or how ever long you were on.But i dont. And i don't do 1-2 grams test aweek either..Nothings writin in stone in my book.Hcg helps mid cycle to me along with alota nov..during and end
Regards,,,,,,,,,,,RipHawk

Sounds good, so you think with proper diet and everything I should be able to keep pretty much everything on a 200 MG/WK Primobolan cycle? Here's the cycle I will be running.

Week 1-3 Dianabol 20 MG/ED
Week 1-14 Tren Enanthate 500 MG/WK
Week 1-15 Omnadren 750 MG/WK
Week 1-15 Equipoise 500 MG/WK

I used to always bridge with Primoboland and PCT. However I'm now using MT1 or Kynoselen as a bridge with PCt and like what I see. It's a lot cheaper and I don't have to worry about getting any of the large amount of bunk Primo going around...Dr. Nick

why MT!....Mthyl test? You might as well stay on. It will keep you shut down...Primo in a 200mg/wk won't. Pup

bridging.....

I have been considering bridging with:

200mg/ wk Primo
200mg/ wk EQ
400 IU/ wk HCG

Any thoughts?

Also, how long do you guys bridge for? I am thinking of bridging for about 5 months before I start my next serious cycle. The other thought would be to do the 200mg/ wk Primo and EQ for a low dose LONG cycle of about 9 months. Crazy, I know, but was wondering what people think.

Yeah I was thinking 200 MG Primobolan Depot and 10 MG Dianabol every morning and the 200 MG Primobolan Depot for every week.I want to do something with Equipoise to keep my hunger up that's why I can't seem to keep my muscle weight because I do not get enough appetite.

Yes it will. Bridging is a myth. If you get blood work done, like I do, you will see your horribly low test levels stay low or near non existent. You can't trick your HPTA. But that is my experience. Food, rest and not overtraining (most important) along with a good PCT plan is key to my gains keeping and recovery of natural test production. NDK

I don't know, I mean I'm sure it's less harmful than if you were on year round a shitload of gear. But I don't know. There's got to be safer drugs, etc.

Perhaps, however staying shut down is staying shutdown. I don't think there are degrees of suppression, or I should say degrees of returning to normal while still taking some gear. If I make any sense here. I think the risk of permanent shut down is close to, if not the same.

Good point of view, I see where you are coming from.
I know it hard for me to get motivative when OFF.Maybe 25-30mg's d-bol in mornings for a month?Or just stay clean month,,,,,,,,RipHawk....easy for me to say,but i started 9 years a go at34y.

I don't see what you're saying bro...IMO it will keep you shut down and have never seen anything to the contrary.

MJM, you won't...or shouldn't...have any trouble keeping your gains since you will be using juice to do something your body could have easily attained naturally. Now, if you were already 230lbs and about as big as you were going to get and then gained 30lbs with AS, then you would probably lose most, if not all, of the gains with the cessation of the cycle.

Not hungry is not an excuse. It takes sacrifices. If you can't do it, then don't do it. Sometimes I don't feel like going to the gym after 12hrs of work, but you know what? I go despite myself.

Griz brings up a very good point. Training and eating right isn't something you do when you feel like it. It takes many years of continuous discipline, sacrifice and hard work to rise above the crowd.

If you don't feel like training or you don't feel like eating... too bad... do it anyway and I don't want to hear any excuses.

The vast majority of people never do what it takes to build a first class physique. When the easy gains stop, they too stop.

As usual max is right on. I am going through it this week in the 12th week of my contest prep diet/cutter. Eating is a chore and nothing is any good at all. Food is a tool, salt is non existant, and water is a sip here and there. It sucks sometimes, but you have to dig down keep going. Though I'll bet I don't have to explain body building to anyone here, you guys get it.

LOL! I remember the two competitions I did. You're right, eating is not even close to enjoyable. After about the 300th baked chicken tit, you just start swallowing without even chewing. LOL

Damn that would suck.Yeah have any of you guys used Vitamin B-12?

After reading this it makes me wonder if anyone knows how to train without gear, I mean you have MJM asking about bridging his cycle when with all honesty he should not even consider doing a cycle now, I'm not saying I'm any better, i was lucky in the since that for the first 15 years of training for me gear wasn't an option. So what I'm trying to say is if you can't get to 180...or 200 lbs natty you will have very little chance of keeping any of your gains off cycle, good luck though.
