Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Idk if I'll ever get as big as I envision , as I seem to hover 185ish natty .. But I am getting suttle striations in my Inner biceps , quads, glutes , chest Etc. Seeing changes here n there that I'm fairly stoked on. Can't wait to be back at 210 sweating like a stuck pig on a nice modest dose of get right

I have much work to do. This is why I started this thread. To motivate me. Just found out I don't need to shoulder surgery. Might start my tren test mast cycle early. So I can run it again in the fall
That's good news I'm sure you are happy about. Just be careful, buddy. You don't want to get to crazy when you get those new found gains in strength.
 
Damn, this thread makes me want to focus on getting lean. I'm 40, 5'8 and weighing 225 right now. If I dropped 20 lbs right now I could compete in the short shit category.
Guess cardio is my only option now. I see 5 a.m. cardio sessions calling.

We are very close on stats except the age. ( Which were not a hella of a lot off there). I do cardio and abs EOD unless I'm out of town working. Gotta get the cardio in. I hate cardio, I only do 25-30 mins treadmill, elliptical for 20 mins and row machine for 20,000 meters. My chins won't let me stay on the treadmill for to long

Now that the weather is better, I may have to just hit the pavement. The treadmill is hell for an ADD fool like me. The only upside is there are a lot of MILFS in the suburb of the ATL that I live in.
The good thing about being short is we fill out quick. I've got big arms for my size, so a lot of people see past the gut I'm packing at the moment.
 
You lean guys all do cardio? I haven't done cardio in years, try to get by with just keeping my diet in check. Probably why I'm 18% bf right now... Might be time to hit the elliptical.
 
I haven't done cardio in a month as I was eating maintenance type calories ... N while I've maintained I always seem to pick up some added belly fat without the dreaded cardio

What does your cardio program typically look like?
 
10-15 on a elptical on level 10 .. Then 10-15 on a bike level 10 as well .. Finish on treadmill running or stair master / Jacobs latter for 5 -7 min . Ed
Every day is brutal... No wonder why my abs suck! An hour of weights and I'm tore up... Not sure if I can squeeze another half hour in there for cardio. Gotta figure something out I guess.

Thanks for that post. I'm not sure why you do it that way, but switching up might get me past the mind numbing hell of doing cardio.

I have been doing 2adays for a while now. I hit my home gym in the morning and the gym in the evening. On cardio/abs days I only hit the weights in the morning. Honestly my abs are mostly from squats and leg presses.
