I’m having my struggles in life, I’m in a dark place lately mentally but this thing, this routine is the only thing that keeps me staying sane.
Not missing a meal, not missing a shot, not missing a workout keeps my mind busy.
And I’m enjoying every minute because it gives me plenty in return. I’m sometimes frustrated and exhausted with no rest no sleep inside the gym but after a few hard sets and a good pump I’m looking myself in the mirror and I barely believe that’s me. I’m like, you motherfcker don’t you dare stop chasing that feeling.
