Justin Harris of Troponin Nutrition. He will help with nutrition and cycle, not training or posing. Top notch.
do mind im just looking for them in good time, im gonna start working with a coach for nutrition, diet, peds in june(2 & half months) and i've already started praticing posing with youtube videoes/etc and looking to fine tune when im set for a competion. ill follow them all on insta inform who i end up choosing

Im gonna skip all the big name, olympia coaches because they are probably too expensive, too busy, or too selective for what youre looking for, but here are just a few names for people that i would trust.

Here are just a few off the top of my head

Training and nutrition:
Cameron Cheek
Dan Hawtin
Justin Shier
Justin Jacoby
Steve Mitropolous
@Mac11wildcat if he still coaches
Ect ect, there are a ton of really good coaches for training and nutrition.

Posing:
Justin Baderina
Joey Belt

yeah this is perfect im pretty young so i cant afford above 1k a month for a coach. idk if they also help with steriods, but im growing just fine on a moderate dose of testosterone(ran tren before and didnt need it at all) and have options to add other stuff once i need it, i have pretty good muscle insertions small waist, very dominant wide shoulders and respond well to under 1g of gear a week so im just looking for a really long building phase into > competing long term hopefully to be the absolute best of the fucking best.
thank you

Most guys will handle the drugs as well, but admittedly, i dont know how half these guys run their protocols.
Best course of action is to just keep yourself educated so you know what is wrong for yourself. Ive seen some well respected coaches design some protocols, even if they are a wizard with training and nutrition.
You dont need to be a guru yourself, but just stay informed on the basics and whats normal so you have a good knowledge base to make educated decisions on.

drug protocol should always be a discussion with the client on what they are comfortable with.

Appreciate the mention brother.

Still here and coaching but on a smaller scale than most on that list. Do have room if OP is interested. But you’d be well off with any of those guys. For posing I’d add Josiah (@grassfedfitness on IG).

@Type-IIx had some good transformations posted here recently too and seems promising. Unsure about others who offer coaching services here on meso, maybe someone has a list or could tag a few more people?
Hell yeah. Took me from 200 lbs to 160 lbs in around 4 months all while getting stronger the whole time. Amazing recomp. He's hardcore for sure. If I didn't need diaper money so bad I'd still be with him but I've been priced out for now. Anyone got any discount codes for Type-IIx coaching? Jk

He's definitely worth it though

To be perfectly honest I don’t go and actively seek out more clients nor do I compete for them. No offense to me if you don’t consider me. It isn’t my full time job and I don’t have 100s of progress pics as I keep fewer than 10 clients at a time.

I’ve handled every offseason of my own from 110 to 230lbs at 5’5. I’ve taken one female pro. I’ve taken male competitors from 220/not competitive to 270/winning classes/competing for overalls. I’ve also had people leave having made near zero progress. Take from that what you will.

There are better coaches charging less than me and worse coaches charging way more.

If you’ve never been coached before the best piece of advice I can give you is that the relationship/communication is as, if not more, important than the objective Xs and Os.

Edit; I have a VERY lengthy log here if you want to see what my approach is like.

When I used to source I have seen some jacked up shit.

One piece of advice is if things get crazy, as much as you love your coach. Get a second consultation with another coach

Seen some coaches push their clients even with kidney failure(cystatin c confirmed).

If the drug dealer is telling you not to take the drugs or get on blast, thats a red flag.

I think finding the right coach for you requires a bit more effort than asking a forum. IG probably better, find someone that has clients that look the way you want to look, make sure they train people at your stage of your journey, some will train anyone with money and others won’t. Try to get a sense for their coaching style, some people don’t like questions and want people to just listen to them and execute and others are more than happy to explain stuff. Sus out their protocol knowledge if you can, some coaches put people on crazy amounts of gear for their goals. The really famous coaches also have a fuck ton of clients and think about how little time they will have for you.

I can recommend Luki from Promotional he is an excellent coach. He helped a handful of people turn pro. When I signed up with him, the fee was €150 per month, but that was only if you paid for six months upfront.

He's very knowledgeable and easy to work with, but be ready to put in the work :)

This.

very few people need “the best” coach by our most readily available subjective standards. Most just need someone with enough knowledge and that they resepct, listen to, and communicate readily with.

I recommend finding a coach who coaches people at your level. I was briefly with an Olympia level coach and he paid 0 attention to me. I’m not sure if he even looked at the pictures I sent him. At the beginning of the “collaboration” he gave me a training plan, cycle and diet to follow. Didn’t change anything for 3 months despite me getting way too fat, way too fast. He even told me to stop doing cardio. Every time I asked something it just seemed like I was bothering him, and he often wouldn’t even answer the question directly.
