Totally agree with you. I've said that to more people that I can remember in the last 18 months. It's the hard part to most people, going to the gym and working out is easy. You show up, put in 60 mins of effort and your done for the day. Proper eating requires effort and discipline throughout the entire day, everyday. I tell people all the time, if you go to the gym you can maintain where you are and not get worse, but you won't see results until you change what/how you eat. Hell I believe you can change how you eat and not ever do cardio and workout and still lose weight. You won't be in shape but you won't be overweight after some years of proper diet.
