I need a nutrionist or somone knowledgable to help me. I can't get my diet down correctly. I need to talk to someone that can break it down for me and help me set up a daily eating plan. Can somone please help me out?????

Why can't you do it? If your really that lost, contact someone like SwoleCat or some one like him and pay. I'm not trying to be a dick or nothing even close to that. I just think that you'll learn nothing if someone just gives it to you. Ya see? Read and plan, if your not following a plan, your planning to fail...

You can do it bro. Just make one and post it. Let bros help you learn something, not do it for you. ;)

It's not that I can't do it. I just don't think I am doing it correctly. I need someone to help me start it correctly, I think. I have done well on my training and cycles but I know I could use help with my diet.

What does your current diet look like?

Do you keep a feeding log?

No I don't keep a feeding log. At the moment, I don't actually count my intake, per say. I start off with:
Meal 1
1 cup oatmeal
bananna
2 pieces of toast

Meal 2
Protein shake

Meal 3
Chicken breasts
Yams
brocolli

Meal 4
Protein shake

Meal 5
Steak
Yams
Spinach

Meal 6
Protein shake

I am not confident with the amount I should be eating. The measuring if you will. Also, I know that as long as I eat clean I can just eat as much as I want when bulking. But when leaning out, I am confused on how to change up my diet accordingly. I have the general knowledge but I want to be certain. I am getting too serious to play around.

Looks pretty good. I'd add some more protein to your breakfast.
What are your stats and age............11

You defintly need protien in meal 1. other then that, it looks like a ok bulking diet to me.

for cutting, i feel it should look something like this:

cardio first thing AM 65%-75% MHR (brisk walk on incline)

meal 1: 1 hour after cardio
pro/fat

meal 2:
pro/fat

meal 3:
pro/fat

PWO:
50 grams protien/ 100 grams carbs (dextrose)

PPWO:
chicken breasts
yams
veggies optional

meal 6:
before bed:
shake w/ flax

the reason for the pro/fat meals all through out the day is because u want to keep lyposis (fat burning) going all day after cardio untill after your weight session when u want to feed your muscles with lost glucose. if you consume carbs after cardio, lyposis will be interuppted.

may be alittle generic but im trying, lol.
