Democracies and free speech do tend to result in election "interference". For most of my life that came from the MSM and a handful of elitist wealthy ass holes. Now it comes from the internet where everyone can present their opinions. Much has improved IMO.

In any case, without "interference" (a.k.a. free speech) your democracy quickly evolves into a dictatorship with pretend elections, secret police and reeducation camps. The US is moving in that direction, but it's not there yet.

I mean in terms of the whole, not the individual, that we get what we deserve.

I do agree somewhat in the media “picking” the candidate. Trump was not who they wanted though, as was Raegan during his first election. I feel like a lot of people are waking up to the control, but not sure how long that will last.

My snowflake of a daughter attending "university for snow flakes" just told me if Bernie wins the nomination, she's voting for Trump. She HATES Trump. Maybe she's finally growing up... I say, Go Bernie! : )

I’ll be participating in operation chaos and voting for Bernie in the primary here in my state. I have multiple friends doing the same. We just might surprise the dems here
