Why do people bring notebooks to the gym?

I do what i call the jackpot cycle
700mgs of test tren and mast a week. I only lower the test when im cutting.

My blast I just ended started at 875mg test, 700mg tren, 350mg mast and 2iu ED of HGH. Long story, but ended up getting some bottles mixed up and running over twice that much test for weeks without knowing it. Just went ahead and finished the blast like that. I'm probably gonna leave the tren out next time in favor of high test and moderate NPP to see how it does me for strength.

I did that my last big cycle. Stopped paying attention and doubled my tren while taking half test. Im gonna learn to read soon though.

Holyshit lol thats almost 2gs a week you must have felt like an animal bro!! Most I've ran is 1200 and that had me feeling all kinds of crazy.

1925mg of test with 700mg tren and zero mast, lol. Yeah, it was intense, especially before I realized what was going on and raised my AI dose. Felt like an animal and strength was going up like crazy at the end though.

People always have this misconception that running those type of doses of test are useless. When i ran 1200 i gain more strength in that one cycle than 2 years of training combined. That PCT must have been rough though....

But it sure been one happy accident if you managed to turn into a freak after that.

Strength gains were definitely on another level. No PCT, just dropped back to a cruise dose after this Tuesday. I'm sure my levels are still crazy high right now.

I went on cruise after i did 1200 and while i did feel the affects of the drop in test it was honestly pretty mild. I hope the same for you brother.
 
I keep a notebook of everything, every workout, cardio, sleep, and pin days/levels. Gives me something to go back and look over to see what I was on, how I was training and how I felt on certain days. Plus each workout is pre planned and written out so I'm not just winging it when I get in the gym.
 
I don't know if anybody on here likes to take notes but i for one find that shit annoying as fuck. Sitting here waiting for a bench and not only do i have to wait for homeboy to finish his workout but i also have to wait for him to take notes after every set too. Fuck i find that shit so infuriating. What the hell are they even writing anyways, "10 reps of 135"? I've genuinely never seen any big guy with a fucking notebook at the gym....

Not any worse than a early twentysomething fiddling around on their phone for 2 minutes trying to find the perfect song...I workout in a college gym so don't get me started.
