Why I need more AAS then rest to get same effect

from experience I can tell you that you can also take 5 grams + 20 units of GH + 100 of insulin but if there is no rest there is no recovery you will not grow anyway, and those doses will only serve to not lose muscles;

concentrate the work in the gym on 4 or better if you can 5 sessions, do not lose sleep for cardio (you will stress yourself for nothing), rather work more on daily steps trying to get to 6000/7000 steps.

Do not use orals they are useless especially anadrol, very toxic and the gains are 80% water and retention

It’s genetic. But look at it this way you could probably tolerate more than most guys so that’s a plus. Chase irons is a good example of a hypo responser to gear. For whatever reason your body just has a naturally high tolerance for anabolics.

It's good you're monitoring your liver & health. Would it be possible to post your blood labs? Other than your apparent lack of recovery, maybe the blood labs can shed light on any issues.

IMO, your body is actually responding very well to the massive hormones. You aren't sleeping & recovering, and you're over-training & over-working. I'd say the gear is keeping you going at that overly strenuous pace.

You look huge so something is working. I don't suppose you do dialysis? If not, you are probably a poor responder, need a break from blasting or a combination of both. Take a vacation from work and the gym (I know, easier said than done) and see what happens.

Your words,straight to my ears,bro. Today I took two weeks vacation,so no gym. Finish my blast and jump on bridge 150mg test c a week.
I will put my focus on more rest. Also instead 6 times a week gym I will do 4,just for try. Let's see
Merry Christmas

Looking good man, especially the arms, you have some huge arms bro. Maybe you'd be a good fit for HIT. See Mike Mentzer's system of training. I thought it was BS until I took a few weeks off (was getting frustrated). I started training immediately following that break, so much stronger, significantly stronger. I had been over training, it is easier to do than I thought.
