Why no tracking??? BB?

I recently purchased from MLG and was informed they only provide trackers in case of a delayed order.

Then I also noticed BB say that the tracker contained all kinds of sensitive information what did you mean by that Ben?

What are sources afraid of? When the pack arrives, it usually has a sticker on it with the track number...so the customer (worst case scenario...LE impersonating a customer) gets the information within a few days anyway.

I would think the peace of mind lent to a customer would be more valuable than the risks, but I am admittedly ignorant of the risks...care to enlighten me Ben?

Roxi no longer uses (provides) trackers. Probably to reduce the work load.

These are exactly the 2 reasons I also thought of. However in the case I mentioned with MLG the tracking number was on the pack when it arrived, so I don't see any additional cost there. And the guy replied back and forth with me several times, so...his cost would remain unaffected, and his workload could have been reduced.

Why u silent treating me BB....What'd I do? Wasn't it you who said there was a lot of info contained in trackers?? Are these reasons the only 2, and sources just blame it on a security risk to avoid being labelled unprofessional or lazy?

I pm BB with a ligit question about foods that help, I wanted to know what foods work for him. He gave me the silent treatment to lol. I know I like to hear what has worked for others, and try it to see if I can benefit from it in any positive way. I guess I need more POST to get his oppinion.

Sorry partner, my ex just left for LA, She was here for a couple of days. Stresses the shit out of me. I stay away from the house as much as I can when she's here.
Good point stretch. I think you may be right about them not doing so. I know sources say they track#'s are for them and not for the customer. If for some reason the pack doesn't show then they will check to find it. Maybe it just puts some time between the time it's sent and the time it's received? I'm not the brightest guy nor do I know everything.
I do know that a DCN(green slip) is now included in the price of priorit shipping. It's on the paper receipt they give you. No green slip. That started a couple of months ago I believe.
Starting in August the post office will no longer deliver mail on saturdays. Trying to cut costs. The PO has been in the red for a long while now. They were 16 Billion in the red last year. Stopping sat delivery will save 2 billion a year(they say)
Their business model makes no sense. It costs the same amount to send a letter across the street as it does to send it to Hawaii? Fed ex UPS etc charge accordingly.

Didn't mean to ignore you King. I get alot of pm's and sometimes I look quickly and have the intention to answer when I have time. I will check it out. Manners are very important to me....I didn't mean to be rude.

Maybe they dont give trackers because LE could intercept the message and grab the package during shipment. I would think its nearly impossible to grab a package by description, but a tracking number would lead you right to it..

No, the PO won't pay, either way...

Now, if your gear is bunk, while shipped
through UPS or FedX, you will have
to take it, to a review board.
