We must have had this conversation before or else this is harsh déjàvu but we have nearly the identical replacement shake man, only thing extra I add sometimes is some oats or a splash of hemp oilClassic Wunderpus meal replacement shake recipe, this is a MUST try:
1 Carton pasteurized egg whites (50g's of protein)
1 TBSP natty peanut butter
1 or 1.5 frozen banana/s
1/4 cup or so of Almond or Skim Milk
1 TSP of Stevie
Blend that shit up, drink it. Life changed.

Hahaha, I do the same at work. Yeah I was looking for a couple hours yesterday but that study was all I could find. I was talking to Frank about the eggs then I ran into this post. I always thought that you got more nutritional value from cooked eggs.
