why the tank drinks at least 20 whole eggs a day

Da Skank!!! Good to see ya friend!! Fck them eggs up brother! Eggs are so under-rated. Most def a staple in a real iron lifter's diet!! Monster Up!!
Haven't seen you around in a while either. Hope all is well with you!

Classic Wunderpus meal replacement shake recipe, this is a MUST try:

1 Carton pasteurized egg whites (50g's of protein)
1 TBSP natty peanut butter
1 or 1.5 frozen banana/s
1/4 cup or so of Almond or Skim Milk
1 TSP of Stevie

Blend that shit up, drink it. Life changed.

We must have had this conversation before or else this is harsh déjàvu but we have nearly the identical replacement shake man, only thing extra I add sometimes is some oats or a splash of hemp oil

I add oats post workout :) or as needed!

Try this, man. Freeze your extra coffee in an ice tray.... Pop some of those fucker in the shake in the AM.... It's a delicious caffeine and protein boosted first meal of the day. I drink it before and during my shower, before I good breakfast. Quick nutrients and wakes you up.

special K protein cereal is the shit. Use fairlife protein milk. You get 60 g of protein easy in the bowl. I love it, and tastes great. It's 2.50 a box. 110g of protein in it. 10 g of protein in a 3/4 cup of cereal. Also baked beans are good.

I read something somewhere a long time ago about drinking eggs rather than cooking them and how you don't get the same amount of nutrition from drinking them. I'm off to search for it again. It may be the same article that rutman referenced. If I find it again, I'll post a link.

Edit: I'm not finding it easily with a search so I may be talking out of my ass. I swear I saw a medical study about it though.
Digestibility of Cooked and Raw Egg Protein in Humans as Assessed by Stable Isotope Techniques

Could you point me in the direction of a newr study?
I've actually been looking and haven't found enough hard evidence to post ;) bare with me and I'll goof off tomorrow at work and look some more. Would've looked harder today but they actually made me work:eek:

Hahaha, I do the same at work. Yeah I was looking for a couple hours yesterday but that study was all I could find. I was talking to Frank about the eggs then I ran into this post. I always thought that you got more nutritional value from cooked eggs. If I'm wrong I'll start drinking them!
