Why UGL sources are hit/miss?

In searching for a good reliable (lol) UGL I'm reading countless reviews & coming across a lot of good and bad experiences, even with the large established ugl's. I then did some MORE research and identified why a lot of these, in particular international sources are getting mixed reviews...Think about it, they're selling illegal shit, across country lines, do you really think the feds/cia/interpol don't have their ears to the grindstone? They do & they're constantly intercepting packages from these ugl's & when they're building a case against a ugl boss, they're likely keeping the product & shipping the end customer (me & u) some bunk product (probably sugarwater, gso & sugar or something).

This brings me to the following question...Is there a seal or some kind of special packaging to look for from your ugl source to know that your gear hasn't been tampered with by customs?

Buy domestic, problem solved. Only issue I have had so far is under dosed test.
Domestic has cheaper shipping and in my experience has been quick and reliable.

customs does not tamper with gear, they either pass it along or confiscate it.

There are many more people that get great gear, they just dont talk about it. A little research and you'll be fine.

I order non steroid drugs from over seas, like AI's HCG and boner pills
My gear always comes domestic.

That is the first time I heard the conspiracy theory of the CIA intercepting UGL gear keeping it for evidence and passing on garbage to the buyer. Especially for small peanuts like you and I.

Do some more research and if you are that paranoid then maybe you shouldn't be fucking with AAS.

Well... Naps for example will send the consumer a special rfdi chip reader...it will come separate from the initial order. When the order reaches US customs the decoder fob will light up yellow...caution the package is with the feds....when it clears customs the light goes green until the package arrives at its gps coordinate.
if your package is opened the decoder flashes red repeatedly for up to 12 hrs straight
The thinking is that the 12 hour red notification is enough lead time for you to 1) clear all illegal items out of your possession .
2) pack the family in the car and get them a headstart.
3) allow you ample time to round up bond $.
As the tampered package gets closer to the point of the controlled delivery the device is designed to flash red ...- - -... Indicating that delivery is near and you are about to need help. It will flash this SOS sequence exactly 7 times and the device will self destruct.
This can be quite stressful if it is in your pocket or near any combustible material. Do not leave it near any combustable material.
The device also will activate warning signals each time NAPS customer lists and home addresses are plastered all over the internet.
Good luck...

I am so fucking bored tonight....

What planet do you live on where you think this is remotely what happens with customs offices?

With so many shills (posting favorable reviews) and countershills (bashing other sources) simply you'll never know the truth about sources by reading reviews.
Some scamming sources selling 100% vegetable oil pay at least 10 shills to surf the web all day posting THOUSANDS of fake reviews every week.

Law enforcement can jail people even if they were selling vegetable oil pretending to be steroids.
But LE will never send vegetable oil and keep the gear. What if vegetable oil is contaminated and an end user dies?
So yes they will either confiscate or let it pass.
Although they sometimes extract a sample, lab test it so it can be used as evidence, close the package and put it back in the mail. This happens more often with large shipments, too large for an individual user so they must be a reseller.

Plenty of domestic scammers too.

Most of the time yes
but they can also extract a sample and pretend it passed customs as previously mentioned

Absolute BS
At least the 'allow you ample time to round up bond $' was funny
allow ample time to lube up your ass ready for prison would be funnier

No ugl big or small controls the quality of raws, and they most likely don't test. That is why.
Absolutely true

We now all feel so much better having your affirmation of the validity of each members response above.
Thank you soooo much!

OP
To make things even more confusing
there are some selective scammers
so you'll read both good and bad reviews and both are true

I'm not making up some conspiracy theory shit, I found the article here on meso, posted by who I presume is a moderator:

Bad News for Axio Labs Brian Wainstein: Glenn England Pleads Guilty in Steroid Trafficking Conspiracy

If Edmonton Canada cops are intercepting packages & keeping the gear & sending out sugar pills in place of real gear, I'm sure US cops are doing the same shit. That + the fact that the UGL's can't control the raw goods they get is why we get bunk shit, even from our "favorite" sources.

I took your advise PiePuncher & just ordered some domestic gear, hopefully I get it soon & it's g2g. I believe it's shipping from the east coast, hopefully I'll have it before I miss my next Thursday night pinning.

I'm sure US cops are doing the same shit.

No, they aren't.

Even the article you linked only speculates on replacement. By the way the only sites running the story about the "replaced" pills are steroid sites.

Ken Brander of the Edmonton Police has many many articles etc with him in it... None cite cite any pill replacement, which would be a health liability action of stupefying proportions.

About the only way I would believe it ever occurred is to see it cited as evidence in the court record.

Hey kind of a related question.. How the fuck was Ronnie Coleman a cop?

And to the original post I don't think customs would ever replace package contents and cause scams like that. Your package either goes through or they confiscate it on the spot because it's an ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE.

Now in regards to who they go after and whether or not you should be paranoid if your shit with your address is swooped up I think of it this way. There are lots of fish in the sea, and the number one rule about fish in the sea is there is always a bigger fish. Law enforcement likes to build cases against someone. You'll notice even people wide out in the open like Boston loyd, musclehead320, rich piana, are all not in jail. They're the little fish. Probably getting gear from everywhere domestically/internationally, you name it. They're small time users(well maybe not small users lol but you get what I mean.) You'll notice the guys that are rotting in jail, or have gotten locked up for a while are guys like Greg Valentino - caught for SELLING steroids. Strango meds- hemmed up for good and got his mom in trouble too for SELLING mass amounts of steroids. There's drug use everywhere, whether it's street drugs or honor mines but as far as the law is concerned if you have even a shred of intelligence just being a small time user I doubt the DEA is going to be bashing down your door anytime soon for 3 vials of test they seized in customs lol. Sorry I had fun with this one and started to ramble. Hopefully some of my words actually contribute to the conversation

Oh and UGL are hit or miss because they don't test Raws, they don't have to comply with the FDA and the only thing they really give a shit about is your money.
