Wife 1st Var cycle

I'll continue to log my wife progress and need some sound advice from all the ladies.. Just a quick: She's been training and working out since I've known her (15+ years)- with kids and work she gain a few pounds- but I am proud of her that she's trying to get back in to shape! She's been hitting the gym/hiking/running hard for the past 2 years and it appears age and mother-time making it hard to drop that last few lbs... I know Var cycle alone will not help her-if she's not fully committed.. But I feel, she's in the right place of mind and willing to work hard for it.. So let's see how this adventure goes :)

probably good idea... I just finished replying in the other... ooopsy

I might have to pull the trigger and go for the "lady var" dosage- I don't feel comfortable starting her at 20mg and possibility of getting sides.. Would like low dosage and work up :)

You should give us more info. Her current stats/measurements so we can get a better picture

Next, her meal plan and training.

The more detail, the better and easier it will be to make suggestions.

Sure

5'4 120lb- don't know her bf%
age-- can't say or she'll kill me! :)

She follows almost the same workout as me ( I do progressive overload with superset at the end)- I finally got her to do weights ( about 6 months ago) but she's doing high volume and low weights- for now, but with Var- I am going to increase her weights (slowly).

Sunday- Chest and Back
Monday- Cardio and abs
Tuesday- Legs and Shoulder
Wednesday- Yoga for her and Cardio for me
Thursday- Legs and Back
Friday- Chest and Shoulders
Saturday- OFF and a visit to our sport massage (1 or 2 times a month) palor

Diet: 4 days of 50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fat-- follow by 1 day of 30% protein, 50% carb, and 20% fat. Trying to get as closed as possible.. Her TDEE 2200 and maintaining..
Either increase or decrease depending on how she reacts to var.. But I would like her to gain lean muscle while going on a calorie deficit-if possible :)

That's an interesting layout for training... and you're able to kick ass through ALL body parts 100% each day? I'm just saying, not trying to pick on you but that's a lot of back and chest focus in one day then repeated again... very large muscles and can you honestly say that you are giving 100% for the second body part in that workout per day? What about arms, and I'm not referring to just overall shoulder, chest and back that fire the bi's and tri's then possibly some forearms in certain exercises? Also, legs as in the FULL bottom half? I'm just very curious, can you explain.

As for her being back at the gym only the last 6 months... I'd wait with the var. Too soon... get her training and eating habits solid first... that's my honest opinion. She will make gains without any AAS first. If she wants some fat burning then there are other options like the ECA, Clen or Albuterol (I prefer Albuterol as it's known to also preserve the muscle unlike clen) with T3... 120lbs at that height isn't too bad... so I am sure she could do it easily with food and training for the next 6 months or more... or with the help of fat burners... then revisit the var and plan it then...

Diet wise, if she's under 30... then not too bad but over 30... increase her good fats for sure... if she runs any supplement then she may need to adjust her protein as well to ensure she is getting enough so she isn't burning her muscle and keeps up with her training.

Thanks for the solid advice! I am running ECA stack as a pre-workout.. But I put her on that instead of Var.. Will revisit this topic again in 6 months..

Keep us posted... I'm curious how she does!
So am I :) I value her safety and well-being.. I don't want her to jeopardize her health just to appease me.. She caught me couple of time saying how "this girl and that girl looks" and "how she'll be a perfect fit-only if she, blah blah".. probably got to watch my mouth and words a little.. again thanks GG!

Lol ...it's more that she needs to understand that you guys are super visual and will look at any woman or get a whiff of one... then you make notes...sometimes out loud... maybe watch how you word it next time...lol... we can be sensitive... or give us ideas that you will regret saying it later...lol... right now it's about how she wants to look...maybe have those conversations together and discuss what she likes and why on another woman... kinda along the lines of... " she's got beautiful arms..." this is where you can jump in and say, "did you want to adjust our workouts to focus on that part more?" ...something like that... NEVER tell a woman, " I wish you did this so you can look like her" ...that's a dangerous conversation... lol

Boys will be boys... she needs to accept that. lol ...just reinforce the fact that you love her and she's beautiful. Only hormones were talking stupid

Sorry to hijack, GG can You explain better The albuterol/t3 how would You cycle it for a woman? Do you need to be on AAS to use t3 for a woman like man or not? Dosages? Lenght of cycle?

You should make a nice post where you talk about different compounds for women and your own experience with it, dosages lenght of cycle and different stack. Would help immensely!

Yes I'm thinking I should. Lol been asked a few times.

To use T3 and Albuterol, you don't have to be on aas...man or woman.

What I find works is well is quick 6 weeks bursts of the two compounds together. ..

Taper the T3 starting at 20-25mcg for 5 days then increase to 40 -50mg day 6 for the next 5 days... every 5 days, increase the dose (60-75/80-100/100) till you get to 100mcg then taper back down in the same fashion.

As for Albuterol, women should be fine with 4mg-8mg a day...men 8-16 mg a day.

Hope this helps

@GearGodess

Can you give me a quick run down to the pro's and con's of running Var? When is too much and what are the sides? Just doing my research and maybe down the road- once she dial her diet down- We'll revisit this topic.. Thanks!

To be honest, each person is different. Var is very mild but potent.

The definite PROs
hardness, assists in belly fat and overall fat burning, lean hard gains, vascularity, strength, appetite reduction, faster recovery, maintaining gains after var cycle is over

CONs
possible cramps if diet (protein and good fats) aren't adjusted
sensitivity in the lady parts

I personally never experienced any undesirable sides on var

If you read the other girls' logs going on currently, you may notice some in theirs as they are all different.

@GearGodess

Couple more questions (I will be popping here and there asking you questions :) )

1. Does taking Anavar causes bloating and if so what to prevent it?
2. Does it cause mood change? If so, would that have to do with increase estrogen? How do you combat that for a women?
3. Does it cause women to go into early menopause?
4. Aggression increase during a cycle?

Thanks
