so my wife has started using var 10 mg a day. she is using it to cut after having a baby to lose all the weight she gained ovet oast 2 years. I don't want her using adderall because of those sides from discontinuing, sibutramine did not work, and I don't think clen would be ok for her. it's her first time ever using juice. would it be best to take var ed even on non training days or just 1 to 2 hours pre workout. she has been on it for 1.5 weeks and I'm already noticing results. I am furmilur with male protocol but not female protocal. any information on how to take var would greatly be appreciated. also this may sound dumb as fuck but do women have to worry about doing any type of pct whatsoever, of course different from what men would do, I know they don't have test restoration to worry about but when it comes to women using juice I am clueless. thanks again for any info in advance

Why not albuterol or t3 if weight loss is the goal?
 
Women are obsessed with var for some reason...
It's low on sides for the ladies.
They can take very few AAS without running into serious unfriendly sides. Var is one of the most friendly that still yeilds results.
The only downside is it is pricey and commonly faked.

I'm not an expert by any means. Girls do take time to recover but they don't need things like clomid/nolva/Hcg.
 
How much training experience does she have? How long has she been training since having the baby?

TBH she could get great results with regular training, cardio and clean diet if she is relatively untrained. Maybe focusing on training a diet advice first is better.

Anyway, low doses and she should be OK, but as always keep a close eye out for any sides and if necessary stop the cycle immediately. Also, if she is prone to holding water then this cycle may have totally the opposite effect of your intentions (not too common I believe but does happen for some women).

My understanding is that PCT is not necessary, but I have heard that there are some things a woman can do for PCT, but it will of course be different to a man as the PCT will be to achieve different things (for example getting the testicles going again is not necessary :) )
 
Anavar is going to make her gain weight. All AAS make you gain weight and/or hold water. Anavar gets this misnomer that it's a weight loss drug I think because competitors use it when they are dieting hard and don't want to lose muscle. The anavar will help your body hold on to anything. She is going to be sorely disappointed I think with her results. Because I don't learn anything the easy way, I'm not just telling you what's out there. I'm also a customer. Tracking her food, adjusting her macros and cardio are the most effective way to drop lbs.

That said 10 mg/day is usually a safe dose.

@GearGodess is by far and away the expert and I'm sure she will weigh in but I think your wife needs to look at her training and nutrition first. :) hth!

losing weight isn't main goal she also wants to recomp body mainly ass. she's been doing squats and similar exercises like a mofo. and it's been paying off. albuterol didn't really do the job and I don't want her fucking with t3. when she saw my results from my test and var cycle she wanted to try the var out. her diet could be better. I guess weight loss really isn't the main goal it's just getting back in shape as she has taken alot of time off from the gym. since she started taking var she is more eager to go to the gym. like me I have a very hard time getting myself to the gym if I'm natural. I pretty much need to be juicing to gurantee myself to go religiously to the gym. before having the baby she went 5 to 6 days a week and was looking real good but she was taking adderall and IMO I think adderall is counterproductive because of the effects is has once you get off it
 
My wife gained 10 lbs on her var cycle. She was doing 20mg/day am/pm.
She lost some of it after, but her lifts all went up considerably, and it's easy to tell by looking she added a lot of muscle. She was very pleased with the results, but I'd agree with the other girls it's not good for weight loss like you read everywhere.
 
Var is NOT a weight loss fix. It will increase her lean mass which in turn burn fat. She will get thicker and disappointed if she's not at her goal weight.

From your posts, she doesn't sound ready. She needs her diet and training perfected and consistent first before adding any enhancements.

What gives me that idea? Well, the previous supplements. Albuterol and subitrumine are very effective but cardio, training and diet needs to be on point which she obviously didn't. Her not having success with it tells me she's just wanting a quick fix without making lifestyle changes.

I wouldn't discontinue her adderral if prescribed by your doctor. There is obviously a reason for it. I would talk to the doc first.

I would adjust her diet to a pretty strict deficit for the next 8 weeks and stay with it. Increase her training intensity as well as cardio. That alone should lean her out considerably plus get her back into a routine. After the 8 weeks adjust diet again after evaluating her progress... I truly don't think she's ready for var yet.

After that I would look into the good old ECA stack. It's very effective for her goal and if she keeps everything in check, she should have great success with her fat loss.

What are her stats?

And on a side note, but very easily searched if you researched, women can take up to 20mg of var a day. Split into 2 doses due to its half life. One in the morning and another 6-8 hrs later.

@GearGodess thanks for your reply I will follow and tell her what was suggested. adderall isn't rxd to her but thru me and I hate that shit it's no bueno when you need that stuff just to get out of bed after taking it for a couple days straight. so far she is getting more toned in her target areas that she has been working on considerably actually suprised on how well it has worked for her. her strength hasn't gone up like I thought though I to am taking var and I love how it makes my strength skyrocket. I'm taking tren test mast deca and far for lean mass. is there any other cycles that women can use safely like var? how safe is primo for women?

Wemon can take all sorts of stuff in moderation man. I think genetics seem to play a huge role in combating sides. So there is really no straight answer. Seems like a lot of trial and error more or less.
 
For me it took about 4-6 weeks for the var to kick in and see strength go up. Loved the strength but hated the bloat that not all women seem to get but I did. You can search the forums for other logs with other compounds women have run successfully including primo and mast. Good luck! I hope she signs up here and shares her experience!

Dr green..Interesting info. My wife is considering Var or primo also. Ill share her dieting info,to compare with your wife.This seems like a good thread to post in her being in a sim new to juice but not training situation. She is 5'9 145lb 40ish. Started with a higher carb macro diet,and eating alot more than her previous calorie deficient diet.Trainer put her on 1780 cal logging mfp. Not sure how many she was eating previous,but it took her a while to be able to eat this much. The thought was she was holding onto fat because she was not eating enough,starvation mode.This changed her body look alot,gained alot more muscle in the arms and back.A small bit of fat was lost but her over all body weight stayed the same,fat in mid section inner thighs and over top quads,everyplace else leaner and meaner,5 day week hour workout,not much cardio,she rather move weights than cardio.
140 protein
60 Fat
175 Carbs.
wasnt working,so scratched that and moved onto keto diet at the same calorie load,but with less than 20g carbs,lost a few initial lbs and stalled again with low keto blood readings at .5 to .9,adjusted down to bigger calorie deficiency at 1600 and kicked keto to 1.5,now losing 1 to 1.5 lb week. She doesnt wana lose any muscle and wants to put on more lean mass while continuing this diet,possibly to compete..Var or primo might work well. Hopefully once she gets all the fat off we hope to get her off keto and on a more rounded macro load,maybe cycle on and off keto as needed for maintenance
 
just an update she has had some real good results from using the var. very noticeable results in fact. she's taking a 1.5 to 2 month break from it but her waist line went down dramatically and she is alot more toned. No side effects either at 10mg a day.
