Secondly, you can make her a fair trade off by saying you will accept her decision if she does it safe and get a product from a well known source and to help be sure it is var.

She should post in the womens section and be pro active herself. It's kind of bullshit when women take the drugs and do the cycle all based on what someone else says rather than learning first hand. She can get great advice and to be honest, with a little research will undoubtedly out learn the person who gave her the drugs in the first place.

You would be astounded by how ignorant folks are in the gym. Especially the gym trainers. I remember one of rhe first conversations i had with the number one trainer at my local golds gym. He was bragging about how he loved winnie. I asked him if he was taking test with it. "Nope". And turned out he didn't even know what a pct was and I'm sure he promotes this stuff.

It's from Pharmacon. I have talked to them and they confirmed it is Pharmacon anavar not a fake. They also encouraged me to send it off to get tested.

She didn't get it into her thick skull exactly what she was getting herself into. She did not do her homework. I have let her know just how dumb it was. I don't mind her doing it if done right but clearly homework needs to be done before jumping in. I have never used gear myself but been around it for most of my life. I was a pro cyclist and after I flamed out on the bike (just got to big) I became a pro kickboxer. I now train fighters. I have seen guys do it right and get amazing results and I have seen it done wrong with bad results. All in all this is the dumbest thing she has done in 17 years of marriage.

She stopped taking it and as I said the water is coming off. Still going to get her kidneys checked but cant get in till next week. I'll send her gear off to a lab for testing and if I remember I'll post the results when I get them back.

I have a cert. learned way more on my own. Then set has like a 75% fail rate. Didn't learn much

Check with some of the ladies I the women's forum. Water retention is a side effect women get from var from what I've seen. How much I don't know.

While 10mg of var won't do much for men, it's totally different in women.

That being said, I have not gained 10lbs of water weight. That does seem like a lot. I lab maxed my var and it was good. How does your wife track her diet? Does she weigh her food? Is she sure she’s only taking in 1500 calories? What are her macros?

Yeah she tracks them. Everything that passes her lips get logged. She is doing 40% protein 40% carb %20 fat. She just got her period and she always gains some water with it. So might just be a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Still going to stay off the gear until I get it tested.

pharmacom was very responsive when I contacted them and were helpful. But never know until you test so I'll make sure to post the results.

Most don’t even have an acsm or nasm. Some are like weekend class certificates lol.

I thought her anavar would turn out to be ok. My wife never had problems with their anavar not being real. Every woman that I know that has taken anavar has retained water while using it. It may not be wet for men but it is for women

My girl did get water retention on var, but not 10+ lbs water weight... even after 10 weeks at 20mg. While var is a popular choice for women it's not a sure thing.
Currently mine's on injectable primo at 50 per week, getting better results and less sides (No water retention at all). Women and steroids can be unpredictable at times, 10 mg var for a bunch of girls will generally be fine but every now and then a girl can have a weird reaction.
That being said, I suspect it's not var cuz 10 lbs water weight in that timeline's ridiculous. She could try var again from a different source and if similar results occur try something else.
