Sweetie Pie is 35 ,hard gainer, works her ass off and wants to put on some muscle. She just started 75mg of deca. any suggestions??
 
Forgot to add shes in great shape,5-6, 115,first timer. Thanks! You boys and girls have been great!

Please dont take it as flame but I think you should've asked for advice BEFORE she started using Deca. Because if you did I (and many other people) would've told you that Deca is not the best choice for first time user.
At 5'6 and 115lbs sounds like she pretty lean. If her only goal is to put few pounds of muscle, she'd do pretty well with some Anavar or Winstrol.
Here are the advantages why:
1. Anavar is a mild Anabolic with very low Androgenic properties. That means very small risk of verilization side effects.
2. Anavar is oral, while Deca is injectable, so there is no need to use needles. I think it's a great advantage.
3. Anavar clears out from the body within hours, while Deca takes weeks, that means much higher risk of side effects.
Best choice for a female first time AAS user are in particular order:
1.Anavar
2.Oral Primobolan (Acetate)
3.Oral (or injectable tanken orally) Winstrol
When a woman decides to take injectable steroids my favorite choices are:
1. Primobolan Depot (50-100mg per week)
2. EQ (50-100mg per week)
3. Test Propionate (safest test because it's out of the system fast, that means easier to control).

I agree with the other guys except for the advice about winny. Ive heard too many stories about virilization while on winny to recommend it to any woman.

What kind of lifting program is she on? What does she eat every day?
 
Hey Bob. She has concluded her cycle after 6 weeks. Looks frickin fabulous I might add. We dont know 4 sure if she gained weight, the scale at the gym weighs her in at 124., she thinks it might be broken . I say screw the weight, its how she looks. She had been doing body 4 life prior to the cycle,She just modified that somewhat ,went heavier, less reps, still did cardio up the ying yang, plus "teaches" strength training and step classes. Her diet is extremely clean,eats 6-7 times a day with controlled portion sizes. She looks pretty defined,and still gonna work on the 4 pak. She only did 75-80mg per week, with increased energy. Do women need pct??? How long are womens cycles generally??

Why start off with gear.

That should be the last you attempt!

Why not try creatine, start of with 2.5 grams pre workout and the same post workout.

Give two weeks and up the dosage to 4 pre workout and the same post.

Also up her protein intake and overall calorie intake.

Note: She should be consuming roughly 3/4 gram to 1 gram of protein per pound of her body weight.

and slowly increase complex carbs as well.
It hard to be more accurate 'cause I don't know how she's currently eating! :p
