What if you’re happy, confident and successful but believe that both political parties cater to their benefactors and overlords rather than help fix issues for the people?

Do people like this even exist?
Oh I agree with you that the two-party system sucks. The curveball right now is that Trump is not beholden to the Republican party, he just used it as a way to be a viable option in the election. Remember, he is very independently wealthy. He's a wild card. Neither party wants him in power. The Republicans can't control him, of course they will have influence on him but he's going to do what he wants to do. I mean look at what he's already done. He teamed up with Tulsi gabbard and RFK jr. I guarantee no establishment Republican would touch either of those people with a 10-ft pole.

Like most things in life, it's not black and white/ all or nothing. It's a mixed bag and on a spectrum. If you want an example of a completely corrupt country where the leaders fully serve themselves and their backers there are examples right now! There are countries that are so absolutely fucked. The USA 's leagues away from those places. Is it perfect, hell no. Is it one of the best options in the world right now, hell yes.

Contrary to what one of the previous comments was saying I actually had the "Everything is corrupt and my vote doesn't matter and whoever is in office doesn't care about anybody or will fix anything" mentality when I was a young man. The older I get, the more I realize my life is in my hands and the future of the United States is in the hands of the people. If you think things are fucked up then do something about it. If enough people push for change they want they can make it happen. That takes effort though, and most people would rather whine and complain and be lazy and do nothing. IMO The USA is one of the places on Earth where the people can effect the outcome. The mindset you were describing is the exact mindset that truly corrupt people would want you to have. To be complacent and depressed and just accepting of whatever.

As always, Trump will serve his useful purpose as a wrecking ball and 1M candle power spotlight over in the dark corner where the vermin congregate.

Let's go enhanced testing protocol! Go, go, go!
Lol! I love this image! That simple infographic sums it up perfectly. You can hand someone $100 million whose mindset is in the lower end of that spectrum and they will blow it all and be unsuccessful. You can find people who used to be broke, but their mindset is in the high end of that spectrum and see what they accomplish over their life. I know people who started with nothing then because of their mentality, work ethic, fortitude, etc have made wonderful lives. I'm not saying they're mega rich or anything, but they're successful and happy and their life has been productive.

Of course you take what I'm saying and somehow wrap it into your push for testing! Lol

You're not wrong, this could be applied to what I'm talking about and your venture.

Who knows what's going to happen. I actually think Trump is an obnoxious blowhard, but I think he's the right guy at the right time right now. He's the kind of person I wouldn't want to hang out with for even a minute, but sometimes you need something like him in a leadership role.

RFK brings some good conversations to the forefront. When it comes to our childern his mind set is correct what's in our foods today is killing kids, making them suseptible to crazy stuff and it's just being swept under the rug.
I'm a fan of many things he speaks about including that of his covid stance.

If you wish to be depressed and have a victim mentality, that's your business. It is a lot easier to think the world is fucked and there's nothing you can do about it and therefore why try. It's a very lazy, comfortable mindset. I find that mindset is common in weak bitch ass men. Successful. People get out there, make things happen, and make their own futures and build their lives. It's obviously much harder to actually do things and be positive, very easy to blame all the factors and Nestle into a weak victim mentality.

Maybe you should lay off the high dose BPC. Seems like it's giving you anhedonia and depression.
These people you support cater to people like me
You and the other 99.9% suck their di@ks while they do nothing for you.
Thank you for service.

Interesting when people are on the top or in power and have money, power. Many say they suck.
Correct me if I'm wrong but if I'm flying around in Helicopters, my own planes, became a president etc... I must be successful somehow.
Just saying

Excuse my pessimism, but I find it pretty hard to believe someone complaining about Red Dye 40 and tartrazine is suddenly going to say, look Steroids are okay to pin, just because he's done so In the Past.
Like Arnold when he was guv, folks within our sphere like Buildabro/Chad are a cautionary tales for peeps to limit expectation. Dude lost a ton of weight with GLP-1s and became a fattie bullying GLP hating person. Went as far as nuking his own Glp-1 server.
Excuse me if my pessimism is rife. I look at the lists of countries he says are healthier than the US and one thing is common. These are The countries that regulate their food industries tightly are the very countries folks slam as "socialists and communists". A simple General mills (plus companies like icecream makers) hike in prices claiming that eco friendly dyes are costlier will have folks bringing out the pitchforks

It will be interesting to see what he does, first, what first proposal/action he brings forward.
Idk how the position he was given within government works and what powers he will have, in reality.
But I am looking forward to this.
Someone who, on paper, dispalys less conventional thinking may be more open to innovation and reform.
If allowed.

However, I will also say that his stance on vaccines causing autism in children (which has been amply debunked) is not something I find myself in agreement with, as is his intention to remove fluoride from drinking water.
I like his interest in water pollution but I am not sure how positive a change that would be.
I suppose he sees fluoride as part of the problem.
I am sure one of you guys with knowledge about this may be able to explain.

What I also like is how he plans to address government agencies within his sphere of action cosying up to the industries they are supposed to regulate.
But that may just be wishful thinking, as those are the hands that feed them.
In principle, great.
In practice, it ain't going to happen.

Still, Trump did a good thing appointing him.
Let's be hopeful.

I strongly doubt he'll legalize AAS, but he since he himself is on TRT, will probably loosen FDA regulations on TRT. If he only got them to rollback the restrictions on HCG that would be great for everyone.

The guy is definitely a bit wacky but I like the issues that he talks about that seemingly no other candidates from the establishment ever did. When he was running a year ago I heard him talking about how important it is to get the younger generation into home ownership, and how the lack of home ownership leads to many societal issues when people don't form families or have any investment into their living area. Along with his focus on the FDA, getting shitty pesticides and preservatives out of our food supply is a major win, and should be almost as easy as just copy/pasting Europe's ingredient bans. Sure food might not be able to be transported across the country as easy, but that's a big win to local farmers and only hurts big conglomerates.

The knee-jerk reaction I think many have is hearing this guy speak is grating, and it seems weird to have him in charge of health when it sounds like he has emphysema. IIRC the speech thing is a neurological issue which might be related to the brain worm thing. Maybe the brain worm made him put that dead bear in central park too idk

At first, it seemed like a sight gag, possibly AI-generated. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was at Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, California, in June 2023. His stretched mask of a face, wincing in a weird, imagined grievance, is rendered invisible by unveiling his ridiculously and obscenely developed chest and shoulders. More than a few fans of The Simpsons had flashbacks to Homer’s annoying, pious neighbor, Ned Flanders, pulling off his shirt to reveal a surprisingly chiseled physique. RFK Jr. wanted the world to know he was ripped, and here was the straight-faced disclaimer: He got this body without juicing up on steroids. He told Inside Edition that he did not take steroids, only “testosterone replacement.”

But despite Kennedy’s explanation of his supplements, it’s not quite that simple. As someone who authored a 2000 New York Times lament about steroid use titled “Baseball Must Come Clean on Its Darkest Secret,” reported for The New Republic from Berlin on the legacy of the East German doping freak show, and helped write Juiced, the memoir of steroid slugger Jose Canseco, I politely call bullshit on the independent presidential candidate.

Thanks for sharing. What an uphill battle it will be to remove AAS from scheduled list.

Can the executive branch reschedule or remove, or does that take an act of Congress?

Yes. Either. Both can do it.

For the executive branch - The DEA must do it. They must publish a proposed rule and go through a public comment period.

The Department of Health and Human Services is not authorized by Congress to reschedule or deschedule anything at all.

This is a long way of saying that Kennedy will have no such power even if the Senate confirms him.

I think the best chances we had of getting testosterone unscheduled or even dropped to an S4 from an S3 was through the alphabet community. 2 senators even wrote letters to the Biden administration asking to reduce regulations to make access easier for transgenders. What about the rest of us that jump through hoops to go the legal way about it? That said, I don't think AAS is a high priority on the new administrations list, sadly.
