I'm very small and I did 50mg/Day Winny for 30 days and put on 10lbs. Next time I do it I'm going to use test as the base. I think anything less than 50mg/Day is not worth it.

There are several varibles involved here bro. The two most important would be your cycle history and size. For newbies I would suggest 50mg/ED for no more than 6wks. As mentioned above, winstrol is slightly heptoxic so make sure your cycling a liver protectant(milk thistle, ALA, Tyler's detox, Liv52, etc.) as well. If your taking oral wnstrol try and split your doses evenly at least twice/day because of winny's short half-life. You want to try and keep blood levels consistant. I like to take a dose in the A.M. with my breakfast and then another before retiring.
