No. You wouldnt become instantly faster or jump higher by only taking the drug. It’s a tool when utilized with the correct type of training (speed / explosivess / Etc). If you don’t do this type of training already, you could probably improve thise metrics without the need of drugs.
High level athletes were using it to shave a couple milliseconds off their times…. For normal people - unlikely you would notice any improvement in these metrics.
