Winter Bulk-Deca, Inject Dbol, Test

I am excited for my upcoming blast. I am sitting at 205 lbs. This is my 3rd cycle. I will be keeping track of progression and pinning. I am 14 percent BF I am estimating.

My cycle-
Test E 750 mg per week pinned 2x a week
Deca 600 mg per week pinned 2x a week
Injectable Dbol 30 mg per week pinned ed PWO about 2 hours before.

I am frontloading the DECA at 1200 first pin.

I lift 2 days then take off 1 day when off cycle. I will be lifting everyday on cycle.
Eating 4000 cals with 250 protein, 600 carbs, and 75 fats, Along with 50 g of fiber.
I will be doing this for 18 weeks.
I have been cruising at 150 mg for 4 months.
I am lifting the anterior upper body day 1, then posterior lower body day 2, posterior upper body, then anterior lower body. Take a day off, Then repeat. I will be doing abs every other day. Doing cardio when I take off. Stretching eod when I do not do abs.

I will start very soon. Lets fucking go!
 
yea my pumps hurt like a mofo at 50 mg. So I am using 30 mg. ed pre workout.
I wanted to be a badass and pinned 2cc in my quad one day for pre....ya dont do that my ears where ringing cause my blood pressure was so high and it screwed my workout up tell you the truth not worth it. 50Mgs is as high as i would go but 30mgs is even better if you respond to it like you do

Yea i do, that's just reckless.
 
I am actually running a 6 mile race next week. I will start my blast the day of the race but after so I don't have bad pumps that mess me up running. I am on around 200 mg of test though right now.

I have been stretching once a day and running on the treadmill eod, until the race since 2 days ago.
 
I would only tweak two things, personally:

1. I would add more protein to the diet. 2g/lb of bodyweight is realistically what you should be on while on cycle. Harness the power of the AAS's ability to increase protein synthesis and give your body all the building blocks to grow. Also, that's a lot of carbs IMO.

2. Take a day off, man. You really should have 1 recovery day a week. It's good for your mentality, and body. You will feel SO much better if you do this. I'd recommend taking the day after legs off.

Why did you choose injectable dbol over oral?

I have to agree with this. I wanted to ask why your protein was set so low?

As for recovery, I was not giving my body ample recovery and after I was warned about it, I started to see more gains in every area with ample recovery. JMHO

This is true. I honestly didn't even think about it. I mean I am cruising already. I could technically add prop in the beggining of the blast. Which would be a nice addition lol.

Also I like injectable DBOL. It just is better, for the amount needed to pin, to get pump/results, I can get more out of one vial, than a pack of orals. Also I heard quicker onset, and less toxic, even though it is still a 17 it is not as bad pinned.

1.I actually just bought some myoprotein, saw on labdoor it's good. I will up my protein. If I do 2x protein it's 400 grams. Which is a decent amount, but defiantly doable.I will do 50 g of protein a meal, with 75 g carbs. So that would be 8 meals a day. Making it 400 g proetin and 600 g carbs.

Does 400 g sound better? I thought more carbs helps with glycogen stores in the muscle. I can cut it down to 400, instead of 600. If it will do the same thing no need to add extra carbs. I just like the energy too. I wanna bulk BIG.

400g carbs is just plain ridiculous for your. Keep protein at 200-250g and load up on them carbs. And if you have a life you can eat less than 8 meals a day. I prefer 3-4 or so myself but it's up to personal preference.
 
His protein intake is not low. He's at almost 1.5g/lb LBM of protein. That is much more than is needed for a bulk at his stats.

What do you mean 400 g carbs is ridiculous...lower or higher?

It's not that it gets wasted and excreted out. It does get used but not for building muscle. It ends up being converted to glucose and used for energy through gluconeogensis.
