I am excited for my upcoming blast. I am sitting at 205 lbs. This is my 3rd cycle. I will be keeping track of progression and pinning. I am 14 percent BF I am estimating.
My cycle-
Test E 750 mg per week pinned 2x a week
Deca 600 mg per week pinned 2x a week
Injectable Dbol 30 mg per week pinned ed PWO about 2 hours before.
I am frontloading the DECA at 1200 first pin.
I lift 2 days then take off 1 day when off cycle. I will be lifting everyday on cycle.
Eating 4000 cals with 250 protein, 600 carbs, and 75 fats, Along with 50 g of fiber.
I will be doing this for 18 weeks.
I have been cruising at 150 mg for 4 months.
I am lifting the anterior upper body day 1, then posterior lower body day 2, posterior upper body, then anterior lower body. Take a day off, Then repeat. I will be doing abs every other day. Doing cardio when I take off. Stretching eod when I do not do abs.
I will start very soon. Lets fucking go!
