Winter Bulk-Deca, Inject Dbol, Test

@Docd187123 You know I value your input my friend! I was thinking with the 7 day workout program the added protein would help. I know everyone's body chemistry is different and to be honest, I prolly use more protein than most due to absorption rate issues as we have discussed in private. I think you meant that much protein is ridiculous and not carbs?

I find everyone changes with each cycle. Metabolism increases, muscle increases, therefore, you might need to change things. stsrt with @Docd187123 advice and see where you go. If you need to change, that's what a log is best for, creative input!
 
His protein intake is not low. He's at almost 1.5g/lb LBM of protein. That is much more than is needed for a bulk at his stats.
If you figure it off of LBM, I guess so. I always just do it off my body weight as a whole because I'm not freakishly fat. I set a goal, and aim for it. Oftentimes I don't hit it, but I'd rather try and take in more protein than less. I've always responded well to high protein, mid carbs on a "bulk". But, some people run higher carbs, IDK, just makes me look like shit.

Even if you go off body weight and not lbm, he's still over 1.2g/lb of protein.
 
You know I overkill it though, I'm close to about 2-2.5g/ lb right now.

I know you do lol. I mean if one really and sincerely enjoys that much protein and can afford it there's no harm to come from it. It's just that a big portion of it is going to be turned to glucose and glucose doesn't build muscle mass. I love beef, chicken, fish, eggs, etc but even I have my limits and filling up on more carbs helps my gym performance a lot more than more protein does.

Not sure, but it seems to ONLY help me. The more I eat, protein wise, I have ALWAYS grown more. Does my body convert some into glucose? Maybe? Probably... Not sure, really. But, at the end of the day the real life results are what matter to me. If eating 2g/lb put on good mass, and 2.5g/lb seems to put on MORE for me... You'd be damned if I won't eat that shit. I'll fucking force feed myself, I don't care. Right now I'm hovering around 420-450g of protein a day and I really don't find it intolerable. Mind you, ZERO powder shakes are being used, as well.
 
The small intestine can only process so much protein at a time.... "Protein absorption" how much protein you can absorb at a time in hourly/meal rate times is dependent on genetics and body composition (different strokes for different folks)-- some need more some need less. But the intestine can slow down protein digestion and continue to let fats and carbs go thru to the shitter or be stored as fat:(

Every body praises protein, and with good reason... But carbs are the "fuel" the "gas" and without constant supply it looks for something else to burn:)

Carbs are fucking delicious
 
Just got my 100 25 g x 1 inch pins. I was using 23 g 1-1/2 inch and have about 30 left. Pins last a while. I will use the 1-1/2 for glutes, and 1 inch everywhere else. i am going to get my alcohol wipes soon also.
 
I always like to stare at my supplies and salivate like its Christmas as a youngster:)

The reason I was asking about front loading deca and not test--- is because I've not yet ran deca (although some protein may be in the goodie stash) and MOST run test higher that deca to prevent deca dick.... But I can only find "bro science" to support it.

Just a consideration plus some extra test p would be delicious anyways:)

Well since the test is already in my system from cruising it's not going to make a huge difference just running it regular. If I didn't have any test in my system I would frontload or add prop. I am frontloading Deca because it takes a decent amount of time to get to stable levels, while Test doesn't take that long. I have ran 500 test and 400 deca before with no problems, with libido. It was very high actually which is always nice LOL. I can always manipulate my test levels if problems occur, while it's hard to manipulate levels of Deca.

Also Deca Dick is more likely from estrogen I levels I would believe. That messes up my libido.
 
O yea I am getting blood done tomorrow. I also have 2 blood work tests to get that haven't been shown here. So hopefully those help people, also I can use some advice. I believe this blood work tomorrow will be pretty good since i have been cruising at a decently human dose.
 
I started taking Taurine for helping with pumps, which will help when I run in the 6 mile race.

does anyone think I should pin my test E or Teat P in time to have it hit me by the race? Or will the pumps be bad? How about Deca?
 
Got 120 of Arimidex at .5 mg, prescrition from my doctor. So I am set with that...Making an endocrinologist appointment for ralox also today. My bloods are being done in 3 hours. My endo app is tommorrow. So getting all prepared.
