It is quite apparent that he isn't as emotionally invested in the "thread life" and probably has gotten just as many laughs out of this as I have.
Granted, reverse scamming is the epitome of being a shit head but I don't see how giving him what he wanted all along is helping. Maybe my post can save someone from an anger induced aneurysm.

Trolling is one thing but actually trying to scam sources out of gear without paying for it is the worst thing to ever do and that people are well within reason to get this guy off the board.

Not every source has equal credibility but it seems from your time here you have built a reputation of stellar service. If proof is provided it seems prudent to expose these scamming members. If they can't be trusted then they are also a threat to the community.
I'm not in favor of giving free reign to any source here to determine the reputation of any member. That would have its drawbacks as I believe no source should have power here because this is NOT a source forum. However what is fair is fair. What say the members?
Well , thats the reason I kept it quiet so far. Plus the member did not came back to MESO since then so its no longer a danger to scam others ... probably. But usually when a source is doing something like this, an exposure to say so, people tend to look weird at him thinking the source might lie or something. I did not and wont do that. If some choose to act like this its a shame and karma is a fucked up bitch

When a source scams people, it is almost expected. But when a member scams a source or other members, we are being screwed by one of our own. That's even worse than a source scamming people, IMO.
That said, we can not allow sources free reign over trashing the reputation of members, otherwise, unscrupulous sources will use that to their advantage unfairly at times.

I understand your points and agree with both of you in general but differ slightly. To me, a scammer is a scammer, whether source or member, and I don't believe one is worse than the other just because they're a member.
For that reason, I don't have any objections to sources outing customers who have scammed them anymore than I do members who out scamming sources. The idea that sources can determine a member's reputation just by trash talking them doesn't hold up, IMO. What will determine reputation, for members and sources alike, is the evidence, and provided an accuser can provide evidence that a scam or theft has taken place, I'm in favor encouraging every one, including sources, to come forward because we all benefit by learning who is dishonest.
Personally, I'd like to see Meso try to avoid the pervasive belief on other forums that a reputable member's "say so" is enough to determine what's truthful and what isn't. Too often we're giving instant credibility to the claims made by "trustworthy" members when instead we should be relying on and demanding objective evidence from every one. This includes areas that are unrelated to sourcing. MHOO
